We have stayed in a number of exchange time share resorts in the U.S. and abroad. This is not fancy or upscale but it is exactly as advertised. Clean, very clean, convenient located within walking distance of anything in town. It has free parking, the grounds are well maintained and each room is stocked with just about anything you might need. The WiFi was excellent and the rooms are very quiet and comfortable.

We loved Block Island. We had fun trying to find orbs, a contest that l asts all year. This rimeshare was adorable and had everything we needed. The beach is gorgeous and offers flat to cliffs, depending on which side you're on. Fantastic restaurants, quaint town. Take the ferry to Newport! Do the famous manions tour!

A great place to go for the off-season. Wonderful in-town location and many coastal hiking trails within minutes, along with some outstanding restaurants that were still open. Island Manor is well-maintained and the staff is very helpful. We would come back again!

This “motel-like” resort has a great location within walking distance of the waterfront, the grocery, and a number of restaurants. Rooms were okay, kitchen adequate. Didn’t care for the shared balcony, even during off-season. Especially true when other guests were smoking on the balcony and the smoke drifted into our room. Parking is tight. Stairs only to 2nd floor. Staff very friendly.

Best location, minutes away from anything, ferry, beaches, entertainments…. 8 minutes walk to beach right next to Ballard’s beach resort, 15 minutes walk to Frederick J. Benson Town Beach, 22 minutes walk to Crescent Beach or New Harbor. Desiree, thank you for the great service. We had a great time!!
