This hotel did not cater well for vegetarian. They did not provide us with continental breakfast buffet. The TV channel did not have a working movie channels. The staff at the hotel are not in inform. Upon check-in at 2pm our rooms we not ready we had to wait 30-minute to check-in.

Almost all turned out as expected, good service you have there. 7/10 REALLY. Comfortable bed, clean linen and good food.

The room was not clean, and the service was bad. The walls had dirty stains, and the carpet was not clean. The room was not vacuumed. The bedding was not clean it had human hair.

Dirty hotel, nothing works here. Dirty floors, stained sheets, dirty towels and hair all over the bathroom. The toilet doesnt flush, aircon doesnt work and the wifi too. The kettle is a health hazard-disgusting.

Carpets are dirty with stains, buffet food is so expensive and horrible, but overall all was well, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable… the food was just so horrible, it’s not value for money

Hotel was very dirty with outdated and damaged furniture. Not all plugs were working. Shower was broken. Bathroom piping seemed old with brown water coming out of the tap.

The stuff was very friendly and efficient. However, the space was very dirty, from the passages downstairs to the rooms. The room very dirty and the furniture was very outdated. There was a burnt chair which could have been removed. Not all the plugs were working. The carpet behind the bed was just terrible. The bathroom shower was broken and the bath piping system seems to have accumulated rust, when I opened the tap, brown water came out.

I will definitely come again I had a good time and the staff there was amazing just the only problem I had when I got there before they moved us was the toilet wasn’t working but then we got moved to another room

Plumbing system needs to be renewed, most times water is cold n changed brownish. The carpet needs to be changed. Staff members are very friendly a d cheffs cooks well, thank you to cheffs manager who changed breakfast time from 0640 to 0600 just to accommodate soldiers, she n her staff were kind n understanding.
