Inadequate staff at breakfast, only pawpaw and granadilla served as fruit, no supervision at serving stations, overall hygiene as people keep speaking over serving station no lessons from COVID 19. I must mention my happiness with reception staff and security who assisted with fireplace with best courtesy and consideration.

The hospitality was excellent. Just one thing to highlight. The toilet seat at my hotel room, room 9 needs serious attention. It's loose and make someone discomfort able when seated. The shower door needs adjustment as the water spills over when showering. The hotel in general is situated on a very nice quiet location, I will recommend to family and friends and will still Lodge at the hotel in future.

Wonderful accomodation with very friendly staff. We were late for check-in and the lady at reception waited for us till 23:00. In the morning we received an amazing breakfast. We were sad to leave the following day.

The staff are very friendly and the Lodge is in a good location, just a short drive from the N1 as we were on our way to Pretoria from Stilbaai. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but we still had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was very yummy and huge - we can definitely recommend it! Overall a very good experience!
