The arrival experience set the scene. The hotel is built opposite a large public swimming pool - parking to load / unload luggage near the entrance, although there is plenty 200m away. The reception was fully staffed, but only on desk seemed able to handle check-in/out. The rooms are modern, but the air-conditioning very ineffective. You can open the window, but there was a very powerful river outside - like sleeping in a full shower. Breakfast was a scramble as there were coach parties preparing to leave.

Lovely hotel with awesome mountain view, a super nice spa and well equipped gym. Breakfast buffet with regional products and a cook who made eggs, omelettes and waffles. The staff is super friendly, too.

Superb stay and highly recommend. Hotel still looks brand new, spotlessly clean every where. Staff all extremely polite and happy to help but must give a special mention to our lovely server at Dinner in the restaurant "Caroline" who was excellent in everyway and catered for our fussy 2 children at mealtimes and did so at all times with a big smile on her face given we were a group of 9 is no mean feat. Food choice for me personally was excellent during breakfast and evening meal, quality of food was also very good along with a well stocked bar whats not to love. Very good spa facility as well.

We stayed six nights at this hotel. We had an excellent stay - the staff are helpful and cheerful, the quality of the food at both breakfast and dinner was very good and the hotel facilities were more than adequate. A big thank you to all staff for making our stay a memorable one.

It's a nice hotel, with good food and drinks. During our holiday we use public transport to go to all the cable cars in the area. Tip: the reception can arrange a leisure pass. This is a multi-day pass including public transport in the region.

Das Hotel ist neu und hat ein schönes Ambiente. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und nicht zu weich. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und könnten etwas grosser sein. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Abends kann man aus vier Hauotspeisen auswählen. DieSauna ust für die Grösse des Hotels etwas klein. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub

Das Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick modern und alles ist sauber, aber leider fehlt jeglicher Charme. Es fühlt sich kalt und ungemütlich an, als würde man sich einfach nur in einem sterilen Raum aufhalten. Leider ist auch das Personal alles andere als herzlich. Ich hatte das Gefühl, eher eine Last als ein Gast zu sein. Außerdem haben wichtige Dinge gefehlt, die auf der Website angepriesen wurden. Ein Platz im Restaurant war nicht verfügbar und der Parkplatz voll und nur im öffentlichen Bereich verfügbar. Das ist schon sehr ärgerlich, wenn man sich darauf freut und dann wird man enttäuscht.
