Spark by Hilton Bluffton Hilton Head Island

Room clean. Furniture was a bit sparse but enough for one night. Staff nice. Don’t usually eat breakfast at hotels due to too many carbs. Would stay again. 

Clean accommodation with all the necessary amenities. The staff was courteous and responsive. Location was great with restaurants and grocery store close by.

overall good. some hiccups. I stayed one night at spark, It was overall very good. The staff I interacted with were friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only negative I have is that in the fitness area, the light would not work and there was no power to the two cardio machines. I also got charged for something that the person at the front desk said he would take care of (bringing my ice bucket back to the room) and clearly that did not happen.

The room was comfortable. Parking was greatly crowded, with trucks and trade vehicles parking crosswise in the parking spaces. Room service was adequate but failed to restock the toilet tissue. The breakfast was very poor; the orange juice was undrinkable. No warm/hot food. Disappointing for Hilton brand hotel.
