服務態度不行，在手機上確認是有窗户的然後去到是沒有的 太晚了帶小孩子我懶得換就住了 然後我在洗澡保潔阿姨來説我沒有交錢 我去問呢沒有交錢我哪來的訂單呢 住的房間也很垃圾

家人們，避雷呀！1.隔音不好。隔好三個房間，都能聽得到有人在吵。2.酒店放任客人在房間喝酒，3到4人有男有女。後面喝高了。特別吵！阿姨上來勸了三次，沒用！3.凌晨三點，持續一個多小時。真的無語都沒睡好。3.電梯老壞，上下爬樓梯。累死！ （還有出門在外，要注意保護自己人身安全，遇到這種隔壁房間吵的情況，儘量找前台協助處理，不要自己硬碰硬。人喝醉了，説不一定會做出什麼事！）

體驗很差，住在12樓，居然沒有電梯，電梯壞了，酒店一點道歉的意思都沒有，服務員和老闆的態度也差。不要再住這個極差的酒店#衞生
