We arrived at 365 Ocean on our appointed day. Had to search the property for an office to check in, as there were no signs. When I finally found it, it was closed. The number on the sign lead to an answering machine. After several minutes, was able to get through to someone who informed me that the room l'd reserved was "down for maintenance." They offered a "better" room at another property nearby. Not great, since other family members were at 365. We went over to the other property, and after gaining entry, found that room unprepared for guests. No clean sheets, and the dirty sheets were on the floor. They then told us we could have the room across the hall. I asked that the CSR rep stay on the line while I checked it. It too, was not ready. Same issues. We booked a Hilton property nearby and had a lovely stay. The rep offered me 3 free nights in the future, but I truly don't think I can put my family through that again. Even for free. Later found that other family members staying at 365 had received detailed check-in instructions and door codes. We got none of that
