Booked a hotel for 4 days while in Istanbul. Upon arrival at 6 pm, with a huge smile, I was given a room on the 1st floor with a wildly humming oversized air conditioner at the level of the balcony. Just a nightmare. With my polite refusal, they showed me another room, in another place, also on the 1st floor. Also without a view, which I personally do not need. But what a musty, vile smell it was in it .. Again, he refused. The third room was both smelly and with the same air conditioning, 2 in 1. The reception is trying to explain that the hotel is completely full, it's a real overbooking. I'm angry. I had to spend the night in a room at least without noise, writing to Trip.com. The next day I received a more or less acceptable room, albeit without a view, thanks to the support. Hotel food 4+. You won't leave hungry, but the choice is not like the cool five.
