Room is quite big and comfortable. Good location in the city center. Breakfast is good. A few details to improve: this hotel does not provide free bottle of water in the room (only the first day), there is no coffee machine and they have no laundry/dry cleaning service. If they had more amenities it could be a 4 star hotel.

We have stayed here many times with the 2 girls with us we enjoy the use of the pool: the girls were disappointed no pool. It would have been good to list the amenities not available. It seems the hotel is being remodeled, services is always great!!!

An old hotel with large rooms and complete facilities, but a little old. However, the price is OK, and it is convenient to travel nearby. There are always police on duty downstairs, so the public security is good.

An old five-star hotel with a good breakfast and a good location, but everything else is rubbish! ! They said there was an airport shuttle bus but I couldn't find the specific pick-up point. I couldn't get in touch with them even by phone or email! ! !
When checking in, I repeatedly communicated that tourists didn't have to pay taxes, but the front desk insisted on collecting them, saying that they could refund taxes at the airport. When I went to the airport, they directly said that they couldn't refund them, saying that they didn't charge for accommodation here! !

It was a nice, long-established hotel.
The building is quite old, but the staff were polite and gave accurate directions.
The location is good. You can walk to the National Museum and the Gold Museum.
The breakfast menu is plentiful, with a wide variety of prosciutto, salami, cheese, salad, fruit, and hot beef side dishes.
*They also cook for you, and the food was of a very high standard.
The only things that bothered me were that it took a long time for the water in the bathroom to get warm, and the power outlets were inconvenient.
