El Hotel BH La Quinta, cuenta con el mejor y más atento personal, Susana, Daniela y Ricardo son los recepcionistas, y son excelentes personas. Así mismo, el personal de limpieza y cafetería.
Aunque las habitaciones no tienen Aire acondicionado, sorpresa, estás en Bogotá y allí no hace falta, sí eres extranjero habrás experimentado calor y frío mucho más fuertes que en la ciudad que está a 2600 metros sobre el nivel del mar.

Big, quiet room in cozy hotel in a safer part of Bogotá. Back building was quieter. Good breakfast, easy taxi service since it was on a less busy road. No complaints. Bed, shower, amenities were all good, and the cleaners were careful and paid attention to details.

A small hotel by size (I suppose around 30/35 rooms) located in one of the best place of the city. Service is five stars, and the hotel is incredibly cleaned and well maintained. Excellent, above the average, value for money.

Quarto muito bom, muito amplo, porém parecia que ninguém entrava há semanas, nem para limpeza, tamanha a quantidade de pó (tivemos que chamar a funcionária para aspirar, pois minha esposa tem asma). Atendimento no Checkin e Checkout muito bom. Bom café da manhã embora eu prefira preparar meu próprio chocolate. Sempre preparavam muito forte mesmo eu pedindo bem fraco.

Mi compañero estuvo hospedado este fin de semana realmente fue una estadía pésima empezando cuando ingreso me dice que la persona que lo recibió fue Andrea, donde esa señora la deberían enviar a que se prepare para que sepa como tener una buena atención al huésped y al personal, luego me dice que la habitación no estaba como la recibía anteriormente que expedía olor a limpio, habilitación con pelos tanto en cama como en el baño, el baño tenia olor a orines realmente la estadía de mi esposo no fue la mejor y el ruido de las camareras se escuchaba claramente lo que hablaban y sus nombres son Icela y Maria donde definitivamente no fue o mejor y mi esposo ya había estado por eso siempre reservamos ahí por nos pareció un buen hotel pero con esto creo que fue la ultima vez
