Hotel staff are warm and welcoming. They assisted me with any questions I had during my stay.
The neighborhood isn’t particularly one of the safest in Bogota but the room was serviceable.

I should have read the reviews before showing up. I didnt get any sleep the first night because of the extreme noise. There is no acoustic insulation. You can hear noise from the lobby, next room or practically any place near by. I had to leave after the first night. I dont recommend this place if you are a light sleeper.
