No es hotel es una casa campestre, hay publicidad engañosa, ofrecen un precio para una noche (nada económica), y al otro día te salen con sorpresas no estipuladas en el plan, seguro hotelero, impoconsumo, propina de 80.000....casi 1.000.000, sobrevalorado el spa ya que te ofrecen un masaje con aroma terapia y músico terapia, con 2 horas, al final es un masaje de espalda con casi 1 hora que le dan a uno para cambiarse y mirar pal techo, cobran impuesto hotelero y no hay elementos de aseo, el más mínimo, ni los venden, para el costo de la habitación de queda coja la publicidad y luego te cobran patas adicionales para acabar de ajustar la mala experiencia, una noche romántica con baño afuera???? las almohadas llevaron hasta meses sin cambio ya que son las del cubrelecho ***** 🤢como para ocultar el. uso y el abuso 🤢pero lo más terri le e ilegal es cobrar una cantidad de impuestos adicionales sin especificar antes de..... sin factura electrónica sino en un papel periódico literal 🤔

Pedí información por Whatsapp, la información la persona que la dió, lo hizo bastante mal. Alcancé a pagar un avance y al momento de decir a esa persona, me llamó y fue MUY grosero conmigo, me devolvieron el dinero, pero el individuo ese no debe encargarse del servicio al cliente. No me dejaba hablar y todo el tiempo me mantuve muy tranquilo, sobretodo por aguantarme los gritos de ese tipo. Sobretodo que fue él quien dió mal la información y quería culparme por su error. El señor ese se disculpó, pero el daño estaba hecho. Ese señor es extremadamente grosero y esa razón, además de las opiniones que he leído acá, hacen que NUNCA pase ni medio segundo en ese sitio.
