New hotel so everything good condition. Clean good size room with a nice hot shower. Restaurant onsite is decent and is open till 7pm. They do a basic but good breakfast. Beautiful to be next to busai falls, easy to get tuk tuk or even bus to tarsier sanctuary and chocolate hills. Staff really helpful with everything and organise tuk tuks for you. Also a great source of information. A lovely place to stay.

The place is very beautiful, picturesque, located on the Loboc River, close to all the main attractions!
The hotel is new, clean, breakfasts are simple.
BUT there is one huge BUT that underlines all the pluses, it is the lack of water!
We arrived in the evening and maybe there was no water left, and neither hot nor cold! And they did not give it until 8 in the morning! At 9-10 in the evening they turned off the electricity and the Wi-Fi did not work, while all the hotel employees were leaving and there was no one to ask for help 😳
