It is located in a quite, safe neighborhood close to Downtown and the airport, as well as, railroad Depot and walking trails along the Boise River. It was perfect! The house is clean and comfortable on a quiet tree lined street. We stayed for the Basque festival, and this was ideal, 10 minutes to downtown. Coffee and restaurants are in walking distance. Very well stocked with towels, wash cloths and kitchen needs. Check-in was easy with Patti’s instructions, and she provided great communication.

Comfortable house and convenient location
The house was very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a great visit. Located conveniently between airport and downtown, close to everything yet safely tucked into a private neighborhood. The best of everything in one place!

Christmas with family in Boise
Clean, comfortable, conveniently located! This worked just right for us to bring Christmas to our young adult daughter who couldn't travel home to be with us for the holiday. Love the proximity to Downtown, and since she lives on the Bench, this really was perfect for our needs.

In town for a wedding
The property was fantastic. Spotless house on a quiet little street- very close to downtown. We were able to walk to the Boise Depot for a wedding. Pattie (owner) was very responsive.

Perfect place!
This is the cutest cottage. It’s in a perfect location with main attractions being 5–10 min away. The backyard was perfect when the kids were restless and needed time outside. Definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.
