1.整個旅途中住的最不舒服的酒店、都不如亞朵好。
2.房間沒電卡、現在酒店有電卡那是基本配置了、空調可以一直開着 不用回來沒有電或者很熱。
3.一進屋衞生間、沙發上有短髮 ，浴缸裏有***毛髮。
4.最大的槽點、空調開了16度 屋裡快到三十度了、空調壞了、並且套房的投影儀電源不知道被誰拔了、還需要自己站在床上插？？我很無語。
5.周圍別墅施工沒有提前告知、問前台、前台給我的解決辦法讓我關窗户？各位姐妹、這是什麼思維？？六點就開始鑽、睡眠淺的別定、我們都沒睡好、提前退房走了。

這是我所有住過酒店體驗感最差的一次，下午16:15分辦入住時告知房間還在打掃，衹能在大堂等着，16:30時説還要40分鐘，然後電話攜程後，過來一位女士説已經在幫我打掃房間了，難道我要自己去打掃嗎？還説辦入住是14點後，那你為什麼不改成16: 30分後呢？最後我入住時間是晩上18:45分。新疆旅行景點之間路程較遠，本來想入住後休整2個小時，這樣折騰下來真的太無語了，希望服務態度好好改進，有待提高哦。

酒店設計得非常豪華，有種城堡的感覺，酒店服務員們也非常友善和熱情，免費升級了套間，進入房間後我感到非常舒適，空氣清新，乾淨整潔。房間佈局十分合理，設施齊全且現代化，特別是床很舒適，晚上睡得很好。另外，跟浴室分開的獨立衞生間也非常令人滿意。超大浴缸泡澡很舒服，從窗户望出去，還可以欣賞到城市的美景，十分賞心悦目。
