This beachfront 1800 sq ft property has four bedrooms (3 king size beds, 4 full size bunk beds) and 3 1/2 baths, and is perfect for a large family get away, promoting beach vibes and relaxation.
Cook a meal in our chef's kitchen, and enjoy it on the wrap around deck. Whether you lounge in a comfy hammock with a view, or prefer to lay on the beach, steps from the home, this experience can offer it all.

Please notify us through the booking platform of any changes to the existing reservation 7 days prior to your arrival.
WIFI: Although we do provide Starlink High Speed wifi, it can be unpredictable at times due to weather conditions. You will be provided with the network name and password in our digital guidebook. We do not offer any refunds if the Wifi is not functioning at the time of your stay.
PARKING: There is parking under and adjacent to the home for a maximum of 6 cars. We do not allow any RV or trailer parking at anytime. If a citation is issued due to parking violations, you will be responsible for payment. Please do not park on the neighbors property, and street parking is at your own risk. Please keep any ATV, Quad, 3-Wheelers, 4-Wheelers on a trailer at all times while parked at the residence. You will be charged a $250 fee for pressure washing if there are oil stains found on the driveway.
BALCONIES: For safety purposes, please do not sit, stand or jump up on the balcony railings at any time.
CHARCOAL GRILL PROVIDED: Please bring your own charcoal, and clean it after use. Any personal grills or devices that create fire which are not provided by the property are forbidden. Use of these are a violation of fire code and will be subject to a fine of $500.
Any gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy will result in an immediate termination of our rental agreement, and you will be asked to leave without refund. If any damage to the septic system occurs as a result of exceeding the maximum occupancy, guests will be responsible for all costs of any repairs.
UTILITIES: We will not issue any refunds due to broken appliances, such as air conditioning, wifi, TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer etc. When notified of any issues, we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
ALL FURNITURE: Please do not move the furniture around the property. This includes all indoor and outdoor furniture. Thank you for leaving it in its original place.
DOORS AND WINDOWS: Please leave all windows and doors closed at all times to avoid any moisture entering the home.
SMOKING: Smoking is only permitted on ground level outside areas and must be 50 feet away from the house. Failure to comply will result in a charge of $500 for cleaning fees.
REPAIRS: Please notify of us of anything not working properly as soon as possible, we will try our best to correct things timely.
PEST CONTROL: All homes are on routine pest control. Please do not leave out food or drinks.
OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS: We have 2, actively recording outdoor cameras on the property that record audio and video, which are only monitored for safety and security purposes. One is located on the front door, and the other on the driveway below the home.
CHECKOUT: Dishes must be in the dishwasher and clean cycle started. All garbage must be placed in tied bags and placed in the trash bins on the street. Make sure all windows and doors to the home are locked and turn off all of the lights upon exiting the home
By booking this property, I have read, understand and agree to the above terms of this agreement. Great Place!
Absolutely loved the home! The location is unbeatable – literally steps from the beach; no bridge or dunes to cross over. Very clean inside and out with lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with basically everything you need to cook family meals.
The home had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind. And the hammocks were so comfortable that more than one family member had an afternoon nap on the deck!
We did encounter a minor issue with the dryer during our stay, but I have to commend Patrick for his exceptional responsiveness. He addressed the problem promptly and efficiently, ensuring that our vacation continued without a hitch.
Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations. It’s sometimes hard to find the perfect combination of a prime location and attentive hosting.

Perfect home and location
This house was in the perfect location and right on the beach. It was nice to sit on the lower deck and let the kids go out to swim when they wanted. Got to see the fireworks at night with a great view either downstairs or upstairs. Communication with the homeowner was excellent. Would definitely go back!

Quick Spring Getaway Memories
Property was Great, with home right on the beach, the kids and family got to fly kites, build sand castles, play baseball on the beach & even make a small bonfire on beach to make smores etc. It was a great memory for all of us seeing the kids run freely and smiling. The home within itself is also very welcoming, clean, & spacious it had everything u needed to feel like u were at your own home, great views of sunrise and sunsets. Patrick, owner was also very quick with responses on questions we had. We recommend this home and will definitely be back! Thanks for the Memories!
