Had a good experience staying with them, communication was excellent and the room itself is a good deal for the price offered, bed was very comfortable,too! But reviews shouldn't have to be 200 characters long, looking at you, TripAdvisor;)

- Excellent comms with the reception. - It was very clear to access the room. - Room was clean enough. - The location was great. - Wifi works well. - The room door was rubbed to the floor, need to be pushed with shoulder each time. A little hard to open from inside. - A shelf need to be put inside the shower to put the shampoo and shower gel. - The blanket would be not good enough for more colder days.

Do not stay here. I plugged my charger into the wall, and my phone would not charge. My charger was working perfectly fine before this, and after plugging it into the wall at this hotel, it wouldn’t work with other outlets or my portable. I thought it was a problem with my charger and didn’t think much of it. I plugged my computer in- same issue. 3 days later and my laptop and phone charger still do not work. My computer also won’t turn on- I won’t know if it’s ruined completely until I get my hands on a new charger (praying that it’s only dead), but I’m worried that the outlet shocked it and broke it. This has caused me so much stress, anxiety, and anger, and it is such a hazard to have faulty electrical wiring.

Our stay at A Nenein con Joy was super comfortable than expected, the room was spotless and clean, towels and bathroom in excellent condition, the air-conditioning was a perfect match for this hot week. Though we arrived late due to delayed flight, the earlier remote check-in days before arrival was a good idea. Communication was good and response time was short and timely. I appreciate the precise, easy to understand information on getting into the apartment and getting to the address. 👍👍 My two thumbs up 😊 Till next time if I visit Bologna again and you're not fully booked.

It was nice and clean. Very convenient location. The people were very polite and gave us full instructions for our stay. The only negative thing we could think of is that the air conditioning could not keep the room at very cool temperature, as we visited Bologna in hot days. But still, our experience was great!

Camera pulitissima, letto molto grande e comodo e doccia molto spaziosa. Il fatto di poter fare check in e check out tutto in autonomia è sicuramente un ulteriore punto a favore. Comoda anche la posizione, ben collegata al centro che si può tranquillamente raggiungere anche a piedi. Consiglio vivamente!

Note positive: Stanza pulita ed in ordine, ambiente silenzioso, zona centrale molto animata perché offre diversi locali nelle immediate vicinanze. Note negative bagno con doccia scomoda per mancanza mensole di appoggio prodotti (shampoo, ecc), anche sul lavabo e facile fuoriuscita di acqua per doccetta ingestibile causa necessario getto potente dell'acqua per il funzionamento. 1 sola presa elettrica in camera, mancanza porta asciugamani.

La posizione è perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi da piazza maggiore e da tutti i principali punti di interesse del centro città, mentre la stazione centrale dista circa 10 minuti a piedi. Nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti numerose trattorie, caffetterie e negozi di ogni genere. Si accede alla struttura in completa autonomia. É presente un deposito bagagli non custodito, a cui possono farvi accesso esclusivamente i clienti. La struttura è composta da 3 camere. Non vi è reception, ma il personale (con il quale è possibile comunicare facilmente via WhatsApp) è stato super efficiente e disponibile, rispondendo sempre in maniera tempestiva alle nostre domande. La camera era pulita, dotata di frigo bar con due bottigliette d'acqua. Il letto era enorme e comodo, così come i cuscini, che erano doppi e di diversa tipologia, cosa che ho apprezzato, poiché ritengo che le esigenze in fatto di cuscini siano estremamente personali. É presente nel bagno il kit cortesia, ma non le ciabattine monouso e nemmeno un poggia tutto nella doccia, questi forse gli unici aspetti "negativi" Abbiamo ricevuto in omaggio, con la nostra prenotazione, un tagliere in un locale poco distante. Per riassumere, consigliatissimo! :)
