What a terrible place this is!!!! The rooms aren't even in the actual hotel, you have to walk around the block to get to them, with a map and not even be shown, the staff especially tani are extremely rude and ignorant stay away from this place, which I wouldn't even call a hotel if you want to enjoy your stay!!!!

Disgusting customer service, rude, and ignorant especially by a tani!!! Who shouldnt be in this trade, the room is loud, away from the actual hotel, which is shared with others, loud aircon, just avoid at all costs as this experience ruined our break!!!

Rude unhelpful staff especially tani, , bad aircon, left us on the street at night not knowing where are rooms were, which weren't in the main building, disgusting service and if I could give them a zero I would !!! Stay well clear. So disappointing ¡!!!!!!!!!!!

Outdated and old "Deluxe" rooms. Shower handle is broken. It's a cheap repair but they didn't fix it. Long Hair from previous guests in the shower cabin. They never cleansed it properly. Safety Box was not working. I asked to reset it, but staff at the reception pretend they didn't hear you. There is a cheap cattle for boiling water... NOT working . In summary this is NOT a Deluxe room. Rather below average.

I will be kind and give this "hotel" 2 stars and not just one. The room is good enough, but the package is not. You are not (!) staying in a hotel. This is an airbnb-like appartment. There are no reception, lobby, bar or anything. The appartment is shared with approx 10 other "room mates". Entrance, livingroom etc is shared. Shared waste bin was filled up and smelled. To make matters worse, AC is noisy and has a too low capasity. Wifi dies all the time. I booked two nights, but left after one.

Large and clean room. Refrigerator, dishwasher, spacious bathroom with comfortable shower. I stayed there only one night for a business trip; the kitchen table was useful for working on the PC and reviewing notes taken on my personalized Midori. Close to the station and a few steps from the hotel where you have to check in. There were also bottles of water and the necessary to prepare an instant coffee using the kettle or the induction oven.

Great for a short stay. Structure near the hotel. Spacious room, comfortable bed, elegant shared spaces. I liked it a lot. It is excellent for a business trip, quiet and close to the station. Competitive prices. Well done..
