其他方面都覺得還挺滿意的，衹是讓我想不到的是明明備註了有小孩子入住可房間裏面連個一次性杯都沒有，洗漱的時候小孩子手滑打爛了個洗漱杯要賠18元這點有點難以接受，而且整個房間沒有找到一個能標明物品的賠償價目表

酒店的衞生狀況確實無可挑剔，房間裏一塵不染，床單被罩潔白如新，衞生間也沒有任何異味，清潔工作做得相當到位。不過呢，我因為個人原因提出換房間的時候，過程卻不太順利。一開始工作人員似乎有些為難，溝通起來不是很順暢，這讓我心裏多少有點不痛快。好在最後還是幫我解決了問題，成功換到了合適的房間。雖説事情圓滿解決了，但當時那一番波折，還是在一定程度上影響了我的心情，希望以後在處理這類問題時能更高效、更順暢一些 。
