被子厚，很熱，完全可以換薄被，空調温度不用開太低，還可以節省能源。空調異響聲很大，影響睡眠質量。客房服務人員，態度不是很好，當時因為空調不涼快，讓她幫忙看一下是什麼原因，進房間面部表情讓人很不舒服。

四年來，每次到博羅出差，都住寶麒酒店，房間大，設施完善，衞生不錯，樓下吃飯方便，有廣場，飯後走一走很舒適。服務員很和藹。

客人來幫訂的 房間很大 設施有點年頭了 還好 早餐有點水 連湯粉都沒有 品種太少了 而且有客人早餐倒灑了 居然沒人清理 明明兩個小妹就站在旁邊聊天

房間設施很久，洗髮水和沐浴露是同一瓶也是長見識了，毛巾都成網眼的了，還起了很多須，最噁心的是，衣櫃門內側有一衹死蟑螂，可能是關衣櫃的時候壓扁了。不信的話建議你們工作人員去檢查1104房間衣櫃右側門內側，下方有衹死蟑螂。
