非常好的體驗，房間乾淨整潔，客服人員也比較熱誠，我去借電話充電器立即就找給我了，在此提醒一下充電器插頭和香港不一樣的我帶了用不到需要問前臺去借吖，我去博羅都是book這家住的，因為是中心區購物交通比較方便，設施高檔但價格又不貴，還有值得推薦的是G/F的餐廳，3/F還有養生按摩包自助餐，感覺就是進去了酒店內什麼項目都有了，還有4/F到8/F是KTV我1個人就沒有去消費，具體情況沒有去了解啦～下次會再book住，還有可以旅遊路線的介紹，這次我才2天，我需要下次假期長的才試試......

酒店外觀大氣，接待大廳人員的態度和服務意識有待提高。房間整體來講比較大，衞生可以，早點不滿意，20元早餐卷不是自助，一份炒粉28元，一小碗粥就12元了，超出卷20的部分需要自己單獨掏錢買，也沒有別的，就是茶點，一個人要再加20～30可以吃飽。
