We have chosen this structure to book accommodations for our clients, and we couldn’t be more satisfied! The B&B offers crazy excellent!!! internet connectivity with speeds up to 900 Mbps, perfect for those who need to work or browse without interruptions. Additionally, the free coffee is a much-appreciated bonus to start the day right. Its central location in the heart of Bolzano is ideal, with everything within easy reach. Professional service and great attention to detail: highly recommended!

Overall we found ADV HOME to be just ok. It was extremely expensive compared to some of the hotels in the area and everything had an extra charge: 15 euros for early check-in, 10 euros for 11am checkout (10am is the regular checkout team which is extremely early). Heads up this is not a bed and breakfast like it says online, it's just a make-shift Airbnb like situation (no breakfast, amenities). The owner threatened us for the bad review when we were leaving and try to buy it for 10 euros, we said no and said maybe a partial refund. He got rude and followed us at that point. Do not stay here, it is a safety issue.

Camera molto bella, spaziosa e moderna. Il signor Andrea molto disponibile e gentile. Spazio privato dove poter fare colazione. Lo consiglio per passare una bella vacanza in una struttura così, con tutte le comodità del centro di Bolzano.

Un B&B eccellente come comfort e vicinanza al centro storico. Pulito, funzionale e cuscini e letto comodissimi. Angolo breakfast ben fornito con ottimi prodotti per colazione e una splendida macchina del caffè, cappuccino e non solo. Frigo pieno di succhi e acqua.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der einem bei Ankunft persönlich alles zeigt. Zimmer sehr sauber und modern. Auch von der Grösse her super. Betten bequem und 2 Polster zur Auswahl. Lage perfekt da man in wenigen Minuten alle Museen und Sehenswürdigkeiten von Bozen erreicht. Im Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Aufenthaltsraum wo man sich kostenlos Kaffee, Kakao, Tee und auch kleine Snacks holen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

La habitación es muy grande y cómoda, todo muy limpio. El servicio de cafe está súper todo el día. La ubicación es genial ya que está cerca del centro y de avenidas principales. El baño es grande y muy cómodo. El diseño y los acabados son muy buenos.

Meravigliosa location ristrutturata con la cura nei dettagli in ogni cosa . E’ la prima volta che trovo questo livello nei miei numerosi viaggi. C’è anche uno spazio comune delizioso con tante cose buone da mangiare e da bere. Non si può desiderare nulla di meglio nel centro di Bolzano
