とっていたホテルがなぜか自動キャンセルになり、路頭に迷っていましたが、こちらのホテルが空いており急遽泊まらせてもらいました。
結果としてすごく良かったです！独特の部屋のセンスでしたが、共用部にあるお菓子、お水、ジュースは全て無料。コーヒーサーバーでデカフェも飲むことができて大満足！お部屋もハイテクノロジーで、ドライヤーもダイソンでした。おすすめです〜！

This hotel was perfect! It was just like the pictures. Beautiful, well-built, very clean, lots of snacks and amenities. My favorite was the coffee machine with espresso, cappuccino, and hot cocoa. The hosts were very friendly. Highly recommend!

The rooms are extremely advanced and yet accessible. The beds are super comfortable and the location is almost in the middle of the town. The included amenities included snacks, coffee, tea, mini bar, and a whole kitchenette, all included with the stay! I would 100% stay here again!

Quiet safe feeling street. Parking off road and locked in garage. Room plenty of space, clean, with large window and door that open onto rooftop (under construction but will be a beautiful large patio). Owner/manager is very helpful with all my questions.

This is my second time in Bolzano, first time in ADV Home. The rooms were clean, everything was brand new, spacious and modern. Water and juice in the fridge and great coffee in the shared kitchenette. Great location and easy parking. Andre was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and was available for questions. Highly recommend, I will definitely use it again.

We have chosen this structure to book accommodations for our clients, and we couldn’t be more satisfied! The B&B offers crazy excellent!!! internet connectivity with speeds up to 900 Mbps, perfect for those who need to work or browse without interruptions. Additionally, the free coffee is a much-appreciated bonus to start the day right. Its central location in the heart of Bolzano is ideal, with everything within easy reach. Professional service and great attention to detail: highly recommended!

Overall we found ADV HOME to be just ok. It was extremely expensive compared to some of the hotels in the area and everything had an extra charge: 15 euros for early check-in, 10 euros for 11am checkout (10am is the regular checkout team which is extremely early). Heads up this is not a bed and breakfast like it says online, it's just a make-shift Airbnb like situation (no breakfast, amenities). The owner threatened us for the bad review when we were leaving and try to buy it for 10 euros, we said no and said maybe a partial refund. He got rude and followed us at that point. Do not stay here, it is a safety issue.

Esperienza positiva, ambiente nuovo e moderno, camera spaziosa con tutti i comfort, letto comodissimo così come i cuscini di due tipi uno morbido e uno rigido adatto per la cervicale! Il bagno è spazioso, grande doccia e fornito di set di cortesia un plus è il phon dyson . C’è una sala fornita di tutto per la colazione, il caffè veramente ottimo! La posizione è vicina al centro città che si raggiunge a piedi in 3 minuti, comodo anche per la stazione .Il signor Andrea ci ha accolti con cortesia dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie ed è comunque sempre presente e attento ad ogni esigenza, lo consiglio vivamente.
