O restaurante serviu um prato queimado, devolvemos e não tivemos nenhum retorno. Tivemos um problema com pneu furado no local e o hotel solicitou um borracheiro de confiança que cobrou e não fez o serviço. Não recomendo. Lembro que nosso quarto não foi limpo em duas diárias.

O local possui uma localização privilegiada em relação a praia, estando literalmente em cima da areia. Proporciona dias de completo descanso. É possível aproveitar as férias todos os dias no hotel, sem utilizar o carro, usufruindo da piscina, restaurante que completam a estrutura. O hotel oferece serviços de praia com guarda sol, cadeiras e toalhas, além de atendimento do restaurante na areia.

A melhor parte do hotel é a praia. A natureza é fabulosa. Seria um hotel para descansar, só que ai tem os argentinos na área, e o hotel não tem regras. Os hermanos dominam. Fumam o dia inteiro, dentro das áreas do hotel, no bar, restaurante e nas sacadas do hotel, nada de respeito aos outros e quanto a lei do fumo? ... e o hotel nada...Se você quiser participar de um fumodromo, fique nos quartos conforto do hotel. Tem uma divisória disfarçada entre os quartos, assim você escuta e cheira tudo o que vem do lado. Reclamei na recepção, e a pessoa falou.. "eles fumam bastante"... Mas na hora da reserva nada foi informando sobre esses primordios do hotel. Para não ficar cheirando o fumo dos quartos ao lado, ficamos dentro do apto, não aproveitamos a privacidade e a vista do mar ao qual foi o nosso objetivo da reserva do hotel. Assim se for reservar se preocupe com esses detalhes, pois o hotel não esta nem ai para isso...

Atendente Jordana é racista!!! Péssimo, garçons trocam seus pedidos toda a hora, parecem baratas tontas, se vc não é portenho e tratado como lixo. Travesseiros parecem pedaços de pedra, chuveiros horríveis, bem ruim mesmo e isso tudo a uma diária alta.

O quarto que ficamos é exatamente em frente a praia, lindíssimo, bem limpo, bem organizado e excelente para descanso. Possui saída direta para a praia e um caminho mais curto para o restaurante/bar. Também tem rede que é uma maravilha. Jantamos no hotel e comemos alguns petiscos, foi delicioso, muito bem preparado. Único ponto negativo do hotel é que não há áreas internas para recreação ou uma piscina interna caso chova. Se chover, não há opções além do seu quarto.

Sin dudas la mejor ubicación de Mariscal y la playa excelente El restaurante bueno sin exagerar nada los precios caros para el lugar ,la atención buenísima de parte de todo el personal El desayuno muy limitado, malo pocas opciones todos los días iguales estuvimos 4 días me imagino estar 10 días , la atención en el desayuno malísimo salíamos 30 minutos antes de la apertura y no pudimos desayunar La limpieza buena y las habitaciones sin frigobar y sin posibilidad de calentar agua

excelente ubicación. vista espectacular desde todas las habitaciones. acceso directo a playa con sombrillas, reposeras y toallas propias. habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias. cambian las toallas todos los días. desayuno muy abundante y de buena calidad. restaurant con variedad y precios accesibles. bar de playa muy bueno con opciones de comida rápida. servicio de comida a la habitación sin cargos extras. buen servicio de bar. Deberían mejorar la accesibilidad a la playa (hay que saltar entre piedras)
