It was very strange for me that in this hotel, which positions itself as a 4-star hotel, the fitness room is open from 9:00 in the morning. Moreover, if there is no one in the room during the day, the keys to the room are given out at the reception. In other hotels in different countries and cities, fitness rooms are open from early morning so that guests can work out before breakfast, and in some, around the clock. The food leaves much to be desired - no greens, tasteless bakery products, pastries and potatoes, as well as finely chopped sausages floating in tomato sauce - it was as if the hoteliers of Brazil had conspired this time. The quality of the Wi-Fi also left much to be desired - it constantly "flew off" in the room.

Reservamos a suíte com hidromassagem durante o final de semana. Para nossa surpresa, na primeira noite, ao ligar a hidro, saíram tufos de cabelo dos ralos da mesma. Informamos um funcionário da recepção e mesmo assim no dia seguinte ao ligar a hidro tivemos o mesmo problema. Novamente recorremos aos funcionários que disseram que haveria manutenção na hidro. Porém, ao tentar usar a hidro no dia seguinte, não saíram tufos de cabelo mas sim uma sujeira preta densa que não conseguimos identificar o que era. Por fim, foram três noites reservadas na suíte presidencial e nenhuma noite utilizando a hidro devido à falta de esmero e cuidado do hotel com suas instalações. Apesar do transtorno, ninguém da gerência veio falar conosco e saímos sem utilizar serviço pelo qual pagamos (e caro).

Fizemos check in hoje, 07/01, e já foi decepcionante desde o início. O hotel é simples , o que não justifica o mau humor. Chegamos na piscina e quis pedir um Aperol. Não nos venderam porque eu estava sem o cartão de consumo - que não foi entregue na recepção. Falei o número do quarto, meu nome mas não se moveram para fazer nada. Simplesmente disseram que não poderiam fazer nada e eu que fosse na recepção se quisesse o drink. Enfim, há várias opções na cidade, não precisamos ser mal atendidos.

Hotel confortável e bem cuidado. Equipe atenciosa, eficiente, gentil. Suíte satisfaz com todo o necessário. Café da manhã servido desde bem cedo para atender aos hóspedes que tenham passeios agendados ou eventuais Check-outs por conta de voos no período da manhã.

Hotel simplesmente MARAVILHOSO!! Café, limpeza, conforto, simpatia e aconchego. Os recepcionistas são incríveis principalmente o Silvio, a Sara e a Raiane, simpáticos e dispostos, nos deram várias dicas sobre passeios, cidades etc.
