Very cute pension, in a pastoral and beautiful area. Very suitable for a trip with a family. A restaurant with delicious dishes. The room was very comfortable and clean. Good location - a half hour access to nature attractions, lakes, 1 Hr to Europa Park.

If you're looking for peace and quiet and beautiful nature, this is the place for you. You can start great hikes right from the hotel, such as the Wutach Gorge. The beds are super comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is extensive with a huge selection. The family room was great, with a separate room for the child. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. Thanks to the Nicklas team. I give the hotel 5 stars.

We really enjoyed this family stay in the southern Black Forest. A peaceful setting, a very warm welcome, and a delicious meal. We can highly recommend Nickas as a place to stay. We will gladly return.

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende zum Wandern hier verbracht. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Die Betten waren bequem mit einem super dicken, fast schon ein bisschen zu dickem, Kopfkissen. Leider war es sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Es gab einen Kaffeevollautomaten, jeden Tag Rührei, Kuchen, unterschiedlichste Aufbackbrötchen, verschiedene Beläge, Joghurt und frisches Obst. Orangensaft stand auf dem Tisch. Die mangelnde Freundlichkeit der Gastwirtinnen hat leider bewirkt, dass wir uns nicht rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Für unser Wanderziel, die Wutachschlucht, war die Lage des Hotels gut. Wir konnten unsere Wanderung vom Hotel aus starten und der Beschilderung folgen.

Das Essen ist hervorragend! Der Service war immer sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Hatten so nebenbei erwähnt, dass wir während des Aufenthaltes Hochzeitstag haben. An dem besagten Tag wurde unser Frühstückstisch mit einem kleinen Blumenstrauß dekoriert. Fanden wir so schön! Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir werden mit Sicherheit weitere Urlaube hier buchen.

Es war einen sehr erholsamen und schönen Aufenthalt. Wir buchten ein Arrangement.Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr gemütlich in einem schönen alten Schwarzwaldhaus. Die Küche und der Service war hervorragend. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt bald wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus, günstig gelegen, bestens ausgestattet, leckeres Frühstück, empfehlenswertes Restaurant. Besonders hat uns gefallen: Die ausgesprochen kompetente Beratung hinsichtlich der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Dadurch erlebten wir eine sehr entspannte Wanderung durch die Wutachschlucht.
