One o one, the same hotel under Marriott, your pre-authorization deposit is 20 US dollars, and the SpringHills sugar house in Salt Lake City deducted 198 US dollars from me. Pictures look great. Hate to say it but true the building was dirty. The room was dirty as in the floors were not vacuumed. Either in the hallway or in the rooms. A terrible noise coming out of the bathroom next door to us sounded like the water was leaking so the toilet was always trying to fill itself up. Was a high-pitched noise as well not sure if that was a refrigerator compressor or not. Walls will not too thick we easily heard the people who are above us. Breakfast don't even bother not worth the effort.
