Great place for a drink right on the beach sand. Hostel cabins looked great but we didn’t stay there. Just had a great night with drinks and met lots of cool people. Bara holds the odd party now and then and if you are lucky enough to be in the area when they do I highly recommend joining them.

The best accommodation and experience in Sri Lank. Ultimate chill vibe, Relax on on of the many daybeds, in the sun or shade. Prime spot to watch the sunrise with a beautiful sea breeze.Endless options on the menu with the best curries. Fantastic presentation and delicious seafood. The service with the most amazing smiles, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend this place, its a back packers but many options for accommodation. They have dorm rooms, gorgeous little private huts, rooms with ensuite and luxurious architectural designed seaview apartments. Do yourself a favour and stay a few days/ week/month or just pop in for a drink/ meal and soak up the atmosphere. They also do live entertainment and buffet food nights with the BEST curries EVER. I love the place

the best experience ever with people who make you feel part of the great family of bara bech warm people who from the first moment integrate you into the crew until the last day Saturday is always a party and every day this wonderful place offers excellent dishes and a music that creates a magical environment I have a thousand more words to describe this experience really good people from the heart that have become very good friends the fantastic rooms and the fantastic chill out area I recommend the place 200% thanks bara and thanks to all the crew for having me smile again❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Only stayed one night but wished I stayed longer. The overlooking beach, food and people were just right for a relaxing holiday. Felt at home. Special thanks to Kasun and his team for making us feel so welcome. Will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly holiday and will visit again soon!

Dopo una notte insone, causa festa nella struttura, abbiamo cambiato alloggio. Un' ospite ci ha detto che tutte le tre sere che stava lì, era uguale. L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione direttamente in spiaggia. La nostra camera aveva una bella vista, ma non c'erano né asciugamani, ne lenzuola per due persone. Il prezzo decisamente alto per quello che offre. Anche la qualità di ristorante e prezzi non sono giusti. Il personale non è simpatico oserei dire maleducato. Le recensioni positive sono state scritte dai ragazzi festaioli che hanno bevuto un po' di più.Evitate questo posto.

Comida en un lugar increíble con vistas a todo. Zona de relax para descansar después y buen precio en los platos. El CHICKEN Masala, buen sabor que te llena. Y el arroz frito muy bueno, el pollo desmigado que ligaba muy bien con el resto de comida. La fruta de postre es lo único que no estaba tremendamente buena. Pero con estas vistas, sienta todo mejor.

Das Ambiente und die Atmosphäre sind einfach zauberhaft. Ich habe 2 tolle Tage hier verbracht und war durchaus traurig als ich auschecken musste. Der strand wird regelmäßig von den Mitarbeitern und freiwilligen vom Müll befreit, deswegen war es der mit Abstand sauberste strand den ich in sri Lanka gesehen hab. Preise sind unschlagbar, das Essen ist gut und ich würde sehr gerne mal wieder hier her kommen!

Место, где вы точно расслабьтесь и ощутите вайб Шри-Ланки. Ребята и хозяин этого замечательного места просто супер! Мы остались в полном восторге от сервиса, еды, подхода хозяина и атмосферы этого места, хотя океан был немного неспокойным. Мы обязательно вернёмся сюда ещё раз!
