Location of this hotel is perfect, near Station 3 on the White beach. There are cafes and shops nearby.
However hotel itself needs some improvement. Room was shabby, needed proper cleaning and renovation. There were ants in the room, water was leaking from the ceiling when it was raining. Electric socket wasn’t working properly, so we were using our power bank for charging phones. The cleaning wasn’t done while our stay, toilet paper is not provided when finished so we bought it for ourselves.
It might be better but naah management is not investing money and time for changing situation.
I will not come back to this hotel, but will definitely recommend to visit Boracay island

The location is nice because it’s beach front but it will take you 15-20min going to station 2 where you’ll have more option for food.
The size of the room is decent enough for me and my husband. The bathroom needs some improvement because it’s really outdated.

Small simple hotel, in a good location. Close to all the restaurants, but still not in the epicenter. The sea view is stunning.

Didn't get the room booked for upon check-in. We were 3 and had to book a room for 4. Ever heard of partial crockery, never.. Reception couldn't do anything. Room unpleasant and not cosy. Dilapidated. TV from the Middle Ages. Toilet filthy. Everything raised, after a long wait they come, super friendly, but can't help it. Asked for another pillow because it was too hard, I had to pay extra. Only massage is offered outside, now you understand why. Stiff neck for 2 days. Breakfast, very little choice and they didn't have the choice you got. And pay for everything. Beach towel available for guest use, ask for one they don't have. They come with a towel when you're done with the beach. They have a free shuttle service, bring and pick up. Bringing is ok. But you could send a message and you would be picked up. Hours of waiting, there goes your holiday. Photos are not correct, deception by using studio photos. You really don't get what you see. We are on a 3 week tour, but No more Asia for us! Our earned money stays in our own country! And

Mixed feelings. Staff ..amazing. view..unreal! Especially the beach front rooms. Location..perfect! The only one bad thing is the rooms. So old tired and dated. Full of ants ! Literally hundreds. All over the bed when your sleeping.. in the bathroom..on your clothes..on the balcony! The rooms need improving massively! Beds not so comfy. But the location was great. And the staff are very accommodating.

Best place for the families and for singles, the service is excellent, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very cozy and the hotel is right on the beach. A beautiful view of the ocean while you enjoy your meal. This is by far the best place on this island. Room 302. Best room ever!!

This is a perfect spot by the beach and is quiet compared to the other stations in the island . The staffs are very accommodating starting from reservations , arrival till departure . The only let down was that our room was unclean with visible molds in the bathroom tiles and ceiling , so as the room walls , door , terrace and terrace table . The staffs were very helpful and moved us to another room but it’s the same . My friends and I worked in hospitality industry too ( 5 stars ) and we recommend that the resort should invest in good housekeeping and so as the facility maintenance aspect of the property .

I would like to highlight the staff who are working in Signature boracay blue. All of them are excellent when it comes to customer service. They do extra mile too. The smile you can get from them, a warm welcome, you feel like youre at home. They are kind hearted people. I love our room too, its very clean, ocean view. Everytime my partner wants to go back to boracay, he always wanted to stay in Signature boracay blue. Aside from amazing staff, clean room, nice view, it is also not crowded so its more like relaxing place. We definitely gonna come back. For the staff? Highly appreciated their hospitality and good heart. The hotel is lucky to have them for sure. Highly recommended! 👍🌸
