In my 3 separate travels to Boracay, this is by far the best place I’ve stayed at! The area is just beside Dmall and is a 10min. away walk from Bulabog beach if you plan to visit there.
We got a huge villa with very nice rooms, kitchen (with cooking utensils and dinnerware), and porch. The smell and feel won’t be ‘kulob’ thanks to their window placements. The porch outside of the room is also relaxing and cozy if you want to just look at their nature-vibed landscape.
Lastly as a bonus, La Carinderia (order their tomato soup - guazzeto) and SH bar is just within the vicinity.

This place was fantastic. It had a great restaurant run by a lovely fella named Ron, and was an enjoyable walk to the beach through vibrant streets. Highly recommended!

There are no windows, so it's stuffy, there's no ventilation, it smells, and the service is bad. I won't go again next time.
It's not very nice that the swimming pool is the size of a snot. They say they offer breakfast, but there's no organization.

This property is walking via a short cut thru the back door is only a 2-minute walk to the White Sand Beach and Boracay D'Mall. It offers an on-site restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi. Fully furnished, the air-conditioned bamboo hut was nice to stay except the air con is not cold enough for a hot day! A cable TV and personal safe are provided. Restaurant by the Pool serves a variety of international dishes, local favourites. In-room dining options are also possible with room service. Surrounded by lots of restaurants, mini-marts and a fresh market for local. Easy access to anywhere. Good 4 days in this resort with helpful and smiley staff. Lovely pool too!!!

Wort staying. a resort near beach, but u can't enter directly enter into beach from resort. Rooms are just decent but the atmosphere outside room it's wow. It has a small swimming pool yet it's super cool. Water fountain and green filled location.

We are terribly happy with this hotel, and the staff service, especially with Rylen, she was lovely with us and she is take care all the time of our comfort. We stay in the cottagge, its not to big but is very beautiful. Also very good room rates. I recommend!!

Very friendly staff. Villa was very clean and very well equipted, a quiet paradise direct at station 2. We had a great stay with family. Food at the Restaurant ( Four o‘clock somewhere by Nivana bech Resort) was very good. Thank you Nivana. —-
