Cheap rate for a family of 5. Place is in good location in the middle of beach and the downtown. Staff are approachable. Room is nice, suggestion to have another water dispenser in every floor, WIFI connection medyo mahina and sana you have space for sampayan ng mga basa damit and also to have a direct contact number on the front desk. Recommended for a budgetary room accommodation. Thank you

Acoustic singer at night was horrible. He got a nice voice but he keeps on ruining it by trying to reach notes he can't reach. If you value peace and quiet, you should NOT get this accommodation. The staff was never rude but you can feel that they couldn't care any less. The accommodation, however, is very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. For the price point, this is EXCELLENT and a GREAT VALUE for the money. A bit too far from the beach but I already expect that. It is the loud singing in their downstairs restaurant that made me really annoyed. The singing starts at 8 PM and ends at 11 PM. I just hope that the this accommodation made it clear that the noise is very audible in the rooms. Mind you, I am wearing noise cancelling headsets already.

I love how this accomodation is near the beach at a very affordable price. Convenience store are nearby also and activities area. The restaurants nearby are of good quality also. There is a nice beach club nearby which also has videoke so its a good thing right after night out or dinner there is only a short walking distance back to this hotel. Budget fan room is also nice and cozy, spacious shower and toilet. Stairs only so its not convenient for those that need special assistance unless you request for it. They also have water dispenser in the lobby so you can just refill your water bottle before you head out rather than buy in the convenience stores. Overall very nice budget place.

We’re stayed on March 11-13, 2024 and it worth to stay here if you want a peaceful and away from the crowd. Requesting a quiet room and they give us. Staff are approachable. May complimentary pa. And the room good for the couple who are budgetarian like us 😅. One thing lang is yung internet medyo mahina nung 2nd night, pero pwede naman ipaayos sa staff. Thank you for assisting us. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely hotel in Boracay. Staying there, we got to know the family who is running it and their ethos is incredible, with sustainability and the local community in mind. The hotel is bright and airy, with interesting art and overall very good value for money. All the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. It's a very very short walk to one of the best parts of the amazing white beach, with great places to swim or to sit and have a coffee or meal. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is like two minutes walk from the beach, you can even see the sea outside the hotel. It is near to some convenience stores (Watsons, 7-11) and some restaurants (Andoks, Coffee Bean). Be sure to ask first if you are in the right hotel when you get there, as we made a mistake by checking-in on the nearby hotel. It was quite big, room was kept clean. Though, it lack some items such as floor rag, and noises from other guest and doors closing can be heard on the room, the experience is still good. Food was plated. Staff were approachable and friendly during our stay.

We stayed there last Dec. 3-4 and this is recommend by one of my friends. They are very accommodating. Special thanks to Ms. Divina their reservation staff who is very easy to talk and very accommodating. Thank you! 👌😘

The hotel booked at a very advantageous price, it attracted us! But the main factor was its location-in 2 minutes and you on the paradise beach (yes the way between two buildings, but it has not prevented us, the passing is lighted and the duty is always guarded) cafe restaurant bar clubs all in two steps, very convenient, Especially those who like at 4 hours the last to leave the club 😋 In the room there was all you need 2 double beds, towels, soap shampoo, beach towels gave fresh every time you asked, fan, teapot, cups of glasses of plates, spoons, villas, knife, napkins! Cabinet, tumbocs! The pressure in the shower is good, the shower is clean, the toilet too! Cleaning in the room and changed the underwear, did 1 times every 2 days or on demand! Staff was always friendly and friendly, in everything helped on the first demand! Air conditioner too! Drying things can be water! Hotel and staff very much liked it sure to come back again

The location is very good, shopping, eating out, going to the beach, there is no better place to live than this. The hotel staff are all warm and friendly. For a budget hotel, the facilities are sufficient. Hygiene is also very good. However, the breakfast included in the Ctrip price is really simple.
