The staffs at receptions counter are very helpful and polite. Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. But at the last night, when I bck to hotel around 9pm and found that room service has forgotten to clean up my room.

We needed a hotel for one night, near Gare St. Jean and this one resuted in a great place. The room is confortable enough for a one night stay, and is really close to the station. The people at the Front Desk was very helpfull and kindness.

Service is good. Reception very helpful. Knowledgeable and friendly.
The room is BARE nothing inside Not even a cup/glass to drink water from tap.
Staying one day is ok.

We thank the B&B hotel for finding us an arrangement (date change).
Very warm welcome from the host present that evening at 10:30 p.m. who was able to manage the multiple setbacks with humor and professionalism.
Very good breakfast (copious) including a young team at the service, attentive and caring.
