It’s a basic budget hotel. Staff were welcoming, air con worked well, cleaning could have been better as used tissue found in one of the beds on arrival. About 15/20 mins walk from the historic centre but nice and quiet as a result. Lovely little bakery next door if you don’t want the breakfast provided.

Very good service and very clean and friendly staff, room was very clean and a good size bed was very comfortable, but I like 2 pillows not 1, had a good 2nights stay here small breakfast room so go down early 8.oclock

It’s a budget hotel so don’t expect luxury. The room was fine, albeit small. Beds were okay relatively comfortable. There is a TV and separate shower and toilet. The room is quite noisy you can hear everything in the corridor as the walls must be thin. A kettle would be nice but understand as a budget hotel. Tramline outside and good location to access the city. It’s walkable. The hotel would not keep the baggage while we waited for the flight. I don’t not understand the reasons for this and it’s not stated on booking. Most hotels will accommodate this. Overall OK hotel and cheap.

Debajo del puente de piedra de Bourdeos seria mejor opción. Publicidad engañosa. Persona a cargo: "Adjointe de direction" , despota y prepotente. Mejor no tener ningún problema porque como esperes a que esta persona lo solucione mal asunto.

3 nuits passées dans cet hôtel réservé par mon employeur pour une formation. J’ai reçu un très bon accueil avec les informations nécessaires pour mon séjour. Une fois arrivée dans ma chambre où tout semblait correcte, je retrouve un nombre considérable de poils sur la couette de lit. La literie étant blanche, je ne vois pas comment la personne chargée du ménage n’a pu voir que la couette était couverte de poils. La personne à l’accueil m’a immédiatement changée de chambre à ma demande.. Hormis cette déconvenue le reste du séjour s’est bien passé. Petit déjeuner, chambre et literie sont corrects pour le prix. Emplacement idéal, proche du centre-ville qui est accessible à pieds.

Es un hotel básico y bien situado pero con algunos fallos importantes. La ducha y el váter están en cabinas de plástico, el baño olía mal y además el extractor no funcionaba. La litera de arriba con la escalera de madera es MUY incómoda para subir/bajar y además la cama no te la hacen, te encuentras las sábanas para hacerla tú, la litera en general me pareció muy incómoda. Las almohadas son pequeñas y demasiado blandas, nada prácticas. No hay armarios, solo unas perchas colgando en una esquina. Hay una pequeña mesa con un taburete, TV y afortunadamente aire acondicionado. El personal de recepción es amable. Justo al lado hay un Carrefour, lo que es un punto a favor. Del desayuno no puedo opinar porque no lo pedí.

Hotel muy justo, apenas tiene servicio pero está bien situado y es muy económico. HABITACIÓN: Pequeña, con una cama doble y una litera encima. Baño mini encastrado con el lavabo fuera, en la habitación. Perdía agua y se empapaba el suelo de la habitación. Poco servicio para dejar las maletas, neceser y ropa. Éramos cuatro personas (2 adultos y 2 niños) y estábamos muy justos. DESAYUNO: No usamos el desayuno del hotel. La sala de desayunos es pequeña y el desayuno pobre. Justo al lado hay una buena panadería donde se puede comprar café y bollos varios, muy ricos. UBICACIÓN: Al otro lado del Garona, a 15 minutos andando del centro y cerca de la parada del tranvía. Sitio tranquilo con poco ruido. STAFF: Amable.

Hotel a unos 15 minutos a pie del centro histórico, con un agradable paseo cruzando el río. Cama cómoda. Buen y variado desayuno tipo buffet y con párquing de pago en el mismo edificio (pero alerta con el techo si os desplazáis con un vehículo alto!) Estuvimos en Diciembre del 2023. El único inconveniente: precio demasiado elevado de la habitación doble con desayuno para la categoría del hotel (unos 170€)
