Great breakfast, secure parking at reasonable price, staff is friendly, it’s a secure area in Bordeaux.

Front desk is helpful and courteous. Should have gotten his name. Set up our rooms nicely. Hotel is walking distance to stadium but a 20-25min walk to supermarket and mall.

Disgraceful
We booked 3 nights and had to cancel last minute (36hrs before check in) due to a family emergency and they still charged us full price for all 3 nights.
