Lots of good points about this hotel completely overshadowed by the endless VERY LOUD music played around the pool. This could be a lovely hotel but I would not return for this reason. Many people have requested a reduction in the volume but the young bar staff like It deafening

AVOID!!! Disgusting, filthy hotel. Food hygiene is non existent. I have had food poisoning from undercooked dirty food! I spent all last night in the hospital. How this was a jet2 package holiday is beyond me. This hotel is not a 4 star. There were flies all over the buffet food, a cross contamination nightmare for those with allergies. Just completely dirty. You couldn’t pay me a million pounds to come back and stay here. Other than the filth, the curtains don’t close over the windows so you’ve no privacy, all staff (except the one man on reception) were horribly rude and there’s zero entertainment. Furniture falling apart, no tables cleaned. The list goes on, just do not come here.

I was at this hotel from 15 to 22 Oct and found the staff amazingly helpful, especially the person at the reception, Alma, who had gone out of her way to resolve a couple of issues that I had with internet connection. The food was good and my only issue would be that the water in the open air pool was far too cold, although the beach is short distance away and sea water was much warmer.

I stayed here for 3 nights all inclusive. On arrival, I was greeted by 2 very friendly and helpful receptionists, and this level of friendliness continued throughout my stay. All staff speak very fluent English too which was helpful. The room was very clean and modern, looking with white future, tv and mini bar, (which is chargeable, but I used as a fridge and then replaced unused products at the end of my stay. I stayed in room 424, which had a very small balcony, but it was adequate for me to stand and get fresh air. This room had scenic views of the mountains, sea and pool All inclusive is a little restricted and during the day, you have to go to the pool bar for any drinks For snacks, there is a small kitchen outlet that will cook to order. Meals are very limited and don't seem to have any accompanying sides other than salad and chips. There are chefs cooking meat, pasta, and pancakes fresh for you, which is nice. The bar in the evening has very little atmosphere as it's very overly lit with lots of bright led lights an no soft lighting, also just feels like a bar in the middle of the reception lobby / conference area. Would be better if it was more enclosed and kept people together and softened the lighting. There isn't much in the local area to see or do, but this does make it very tranquil and peaceful. but I do recommend turning left from the main entrance. Keep walking through the long downhill tunnel to the beach, a short walk to Budva old town approx 20/25 mins away

Just left hotel Tara which was through Titan holidays, first impression was not good, miserable staff, the plug sockets in room were hopeless, plug in the two prong socket and it gets in the way of the light switches, the plug in the bathroom does not stay down, the curtains are not wide enough to cover the windows, and what’s with the band round your wrist, that got rather annoying. Then there is the food , yuck is all I can say, was cold, and not nice at all, everyone pushing in, after the first couple of times, I stopped going to eat in the restaurant, some of the food looked liked it had been left out for more than one day, if you go then plan on eating out.

The Hotel was part of a package booked with Titan Holidays in the UK. It was built during the Tito era and the upper parts have been upgraded. The entrance is marble and the rooms are basic but clean. However, running warm water is erratic and almost non existent in the early morning. The shock is the Canteen (Restaurant?) where food is served. This is located in the basement and ,is probably unchanged in forty years. It is a buffet and begins with a scrum to get in when doors open. Dinner involves pushing your way to get some of what is offered, if stewed cow hearts in sauce is to your taste, then this will suit you. Much else is deep fried and deeply unappetizing. The hotel caters for local family trade and is designed for them. People cough, splutter and grab food by their hands, Breakfast is little better, the fried eggs, for instance, resemble a frisby and can be held up. There are paper coverings and napkins on tables, staff routinely clear up leaving unused knives and forks and adding others to make a setting. It can be summed up by a surreal staff member, who may have been there from opening, who simply cannot accept the some customers put hot water onto a teabag in a cup. The place resembles images of a holiday camp. Why on earth tour companies book clients here, I do not understand. If it is on a venue in a brochure, query it. If you are considering going independently, don't.

This hotel was on a Titan holiday, please stop using this hotel. NO hot water between 6.00pm & 8.00pm. Food awful and cold. Broken light in bathroom not fixed after reporting twice. NO toaster at breakfast, no cold milk in evening to make tea after dinner. NO butter for bread during dinner, no kettle in room. Floor in dining room not clean, mad scramble for food. Not a 4* hotel.

This hotel is a disgrace. After 12 hours of travelling yesterday we had no hot water for a shower it will be off 6-8 every day apparently. WiFi is so pathetic that you have to go to the hotel lobby to use it. We can’t work the television but reception couldn’t be bothered to explain how to use it. The food can best be described as dismal after you have fought your way through a ten minute scrum in the ghastly restaurant to get to it (probably best not to bother)
