I travel most of my time for work and pleasure. It's the first time that an hotel, knowing in advance about a birthday celebration does nothing for the guest, not a glass of wine, not a chocolate...not a card. I believe a pricy 4* hotel should be more focused on personalized service. A good location, clean room and ok breakfast are a basics for that price.

Perfect location for our cycling holiday. Had everything needed including secure bike room, spa, laundry service great breakfast and a room with a good view of the mountains. My advice would be to book direct with the hotel as then you don't need to pay 15 euros for the spa each time. The hotel restaurant also gave us the best meal in Bormio. The staff were on hand for anything that we needed. When compared to other hotels in this area it felt much more spacious in the common areas. Very nice!

Fantastic hotel with excellent food.Location is fantastic near the centre and the ski-lift.My kids had skiing lessons with Nicola ,the owner and he was the best they ever had .We had every single day a really good breakfast and a superb dinner.Everyone working there was always really helpful.

What a nice suite with two balconies!! Super friendly and helpful personel, everybody speaking fluently English. The food was great for doing long biketrips, great breakfast with lots of choice, after my ride I could restore some energy in the garden with a pasta or salad (I think from 12am to 6pm). And diner was high standard in a romantic location.

Comfortable nice rooms, well maintained. Large inviting pleasant public areas, including a seating around a fireplace adjacent to a bar. Excellent service. Very good food at the hotel restaurant. Wifi could be improved.

The hotel was perfectly situated for skiing and for the lovely town of Bormio were there's a range of restaurants and lovely shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel offered advice with ski school and sold the lift passes which was so convenient. There was a wide choice of food at breakfast and on the couple of occasions I ate at the hotel in the evening the food was really good. The rooms were very comfortable and clean as was the hotel. This would also be a great place to stay in the summer for walking / cycling holidays. I would highly recommend the Hotel Baita Dei Pini.

Really loved my stay her, felt so welcomed here, they all tryed to fix everything that we asked for and mostly did. Even special food for my daughter, selebreiting our winns and cheering us when we competed. 🫶

We stayed over Christmas and it was perfect. Everyone is really welcoming and the location is great.The food quality was excellent,the room very spacious and super clean .Best stay on Bormio for sure !!!
