The hotel itself was quite nice, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, our entire stay was completely ruined by the unruly British groups who were also staying at the hotel. The constant noise, door slamming, screaming, and overall chaos made it impossible to relax, day or night. Despite reporting this to the reception, nothing meaningful was done to address the situation. The SPA, which was supposed to be a serene, adults-only space (with access for teens over 15), turned into a chaotic playground. Small children were everywhere, and at one point, a child even jumped onto my head in the jacuzzi. It was far from the relaxing experience we had hoped for. To top it all off, dining at the hotel restaurant was a disappointment. We were charged an outrageous 16€ for a tiny slice of lasagna—completely overpriced and not worth it. I now feel like I need a holiday to recover from this holiday. Unfortunately, it’s highly unlikely we will ever return to this hotel.

The staff is super professional and kind. They accommodated all our requests. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Great amenities (spa, playroom) and location, just a free hotel-operated shuttle ride away from the gondola to the slopes. The biggest highlight was perhaps the dinner menu: great variety of options and excellent quality. We will certainly be back.

Great hotel, friendly staff who welcomed our last minute booking. Great dinner and perfect start to the day with a hearty breakfast. Rooms were spacious, clean and nicely appointed. Very convenient location and great parking too. Recommended!

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Exquisite dinner, wonderful breakfast with a variety of fresh food and drinks including fresh orange juice. Great clean rooms. Free shuttle to slopes - we used it every day. Lots of place to spend the time with friends, lovely kids room. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very clean, room service was awesome. We couldn't ask for a better continental breakfast, it was like a brunch every morning! The room was spacious even with 2 bike cases in the room! The location is prefect, it's easy to park our car and it is a 2 minutes walk in the historical centre, best of both worlds. If we return back to Bormio, we will for sure return to this hotel.

Large selection available for an outstanding breakfast breakfast (that is, the second largest seen in my whole life experience!). Very clean. A tad noisy (including kitchen shouting among staff having a laugh heard during breakfast each morning I was there), as rooms are not 100% soundproof, but totally bearable.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and excellent service to and from the ski area via minibus. Room was clean but no tea and coffee making facilities. Spa is very basic, just sauna and jacuzzi. Steam room not available due to covid restrictions.
