My wife and I booked Easter Sunday Lunch whilst stopping in Boscastle and cannot praise the Wellington Hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived the service was very professional and our excellent waitress (Wolfie) was soon on hand to bring our menus and to take our drinks orders. We both ordered the lamb which was without doubt some of the best lamb I have tasted in years. The vegetables were also cooked to perfection. I would like to thank all the staff and management for providing us both with such a pleasurable experience and would obviously recommend this hotel to any prospective customers.

Live very local and went last night having not been in for approximately a year. It was busy and the staff were delightful and really friendly. We ordered the steak dinner and it was absolutely perfect. The boscastle buoys singing was an unexpected delight!. This place has improved since it was taken over.

Having returned to this hotel for a third time, I was left feeling slightly underwhelmed due to what I felt was a reduction in cleaning standards - my room and many parts of the hotel were in need of restoration and decoration. Breakfast however was very good and well presented. I must mention the member of staff named Reece who was extremely helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble for him - a highly valued member of staff in my opinion!

We very much enjoyed our visit to Boscastle, it was a very pretty village. We arrived early evening and had not booked a table but they had one table left in the bar. We had a very nice meal at the Wellington, we were so full we couldn't manage a dessert.

We stayed 3 nights to walk the SW Coast Path. The hotel has a lot of history. It's ideally situated for the path and the harbour. We stayed in a turret room which was spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were superb with something for everyone. We ate in the restaurant every night as there was plenty of choice and the food was imaginative and tasty, especially the seafood platter to share. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a free car park on a first-come-first-served basis but we had no trouble getting a space. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again without a doubt.

Booked the Wellington Hotel in Boscastle Cornwall for a base to tour Cornwall solo on my motorcycle, wasn't expecting to much as the price was reasonably cheap, I must say the hotel is full of old world charm, the staff are all young, they were delightful, respectful, and very courteous and always willing to have a conversation. The food was very good , not a massive menu, but all good quality. So well done all at the Wellington.

Just enjoyed a short break at the Wellington in Boscastle. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated our case being taken up to our room for us as there were a lot of steps involved. Our room was average sized and clean with a large, comfy bed but only one chair by the window overlooking the terrace. The food at both breakfast and dinner was plentiful and of good quality. When things ran out at breakfast they were quickly replenished on request. The hotel is in a very central position in Boscastle but the car park is fairly small and we were lucky to take the last parking space when we arrived on the Saturday. Altogether a very enjoyable stay in a lovely hotel.

I love this place. I stayed here in September 2020, but app doesn't let me choose that date. Wonderful place, great food, nice bar, incredible location. I have been back for a drink on April 2024 and will be in Boscastle in September 24, so we will eat here again. Can't wait.
