We have been there many times. The service quality is improved compared to 2021. It was not crowded even before the new year as there was almost no snow in the mountain site. It's location is unique. Best for mountain and ski trips in Ilgaz national park.

We checked into the hotel with our family on 11/02/2024, and we are at the hotel. I can say that the hotel is not very good in terms of cleanliness, especially in the lobby, it is so bad that it cannot offer free tea to its customers, your name is a winter hotel, of course, closed canned drinks may be paid, but what is it like to make tea for a fee, people in the lobby talk to each other. If you want to pay for tea at the hotel where we came after paying high prices, you can come too.

We went as a family for a mid-term break. The staff is friendly and caring. The rooms and general areas are clean. The view from the nearby observation deck is superb. The indoor pool is clean and large. Restaurant food is delicious. It has a quiet and calm environment. Both the children and we enjoyed it. The right address to unwind and relax.

We were very pleased with this facility, where we took the opportunity to stay during the November midterm holiday. Friendly bellboys and receptionists greet you as soon as you enter the hotel. The rooms are large, spacious and spotless. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly. It was a special surprise for us to encounter the first snow of the season on the first day we entered the facility. :) The nature and view were magnificent, it is a recommendable facility.
