NEVER BOOK A ROOM HERE! Our room was on the ground floor with the window overlooking the street. The AC unit was duct taped to the window and a shabby plastic panel was the only thing protecting you from the drunks walking outside your window from the bar right across the street. You could literally reach through the panel, past the duct tape, and get inside the room. We had luggage so we had to stay in the room all night to make sure nothing was stolen. The 4 ft by 4ft shared bathroom was a mess. The soap dispenser in the shower was flooded onto the floor and the trash can lid was broken so people just threw their refuse in the corner on top of it with used towels strewn about. The code to our door didn’t work, we told them numerous times and it took them nearly 2 hours to change it remotely. I’m pretty sure it’s one person that runs the whole thing from their bedroom with no regard for the safety of their guests. We booked for a week but left right when the sun came up after that first night. Nobody was available to help us with anything, we tried to get another room but spent hours trying to contact them with little to no response. I’d leave a negative star response if I could, I hope this place gets shut down.
