Absolutely disappointing stay!
For the price I paid, I expected much better. The room was tiny with small windows that let in freezing air — by the next morning, we both had sore throats from the draft. The towels were dirty, the only “toiletry” provided was a tiny piece of soap instead of proper shower gel, and parking was a complete nightmare.
To make things worse, at 8 a.m. we were woken up by the housekeeper vacuuming right outside our door. I’ve stayed in other hotels from this franchise before and always had a good experience, but this one was a total disappointment

The view from our room at the Commonwealth Green Avenue is simply stunning! We can see the beautiful trees on one side of the window and the historic brick building on the other. The room is also clean and elegant, making it a perfect place to rest and relax. We’ll definitely be back here for our next visit!

It was perfect location for seeing the sights in Boston. Nice area. Close to all the tourist spots I wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was really small. We had stayed there before in another room and it was great. This time we payed more and the room was tiny, we couldn't even open our luggage.

I was really disappointed in my stay at the Sonder in Back Back. While the exterior of the building is very charming and the neighbourhood is lovely, the unit I stayed it was in the basement, with only partial windows that were at and below sidewalk level. During my stay I encountered what may be bed bugs, collecting over 10 small brown beetles from the bed, curtains, carpet, and wall. As the hotel does not have staff onsite at all times, I brought this to the attention of Sonder customer service following my stay and was not given a refund. Moreover, I received two overcharges in excess of $1,500 and had to contact customer service twice to get this resolved. I am extremely disappointed and will not be staying with Sonder again.

We loved staying in this area of Boston. The room was very nice, but definitely smaller than we anticipated. We enjoyed the library to play games in the evening. Very nice historical property. Very charming
We had problems getting into our room and were so lucky the management had not left for the night. He provided access and we appreciated his help.

My remote key did not work, so I had to punch in the long code each time I went in. My room was clean, and the location was convenient and close to everything, so I would probably stay here again. However I was woken up at 7am to drilling, and construction noises that sounded like they were coming through the wall in my room, and my bed was even vibrating. Not to happy when I like to sleep in when I am on vacation.
