"The location is particularly good and easy to travel. Hot chocolate is super delicious. The price is also moderate. Breakfast is a bit simple. can choose!"
"Because the location is too good and stayed for one night, the restaurant food is still difficult to eat, the burger skin and meat and bacon are fried black, the steak is also black and the beef is the same, other services and health are very good"
"The hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oa**eal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off.
On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view."

"This hotel is good in all aspects, the front desk service is good, we have a few friends staying together, it feels like this, the room and other facilities are OK, it is very convenient to drive from the airport and follow the navigation."
"Arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and fortunately the room has ready, however we had a room located far away from the elevator, in fact my room is at the end of the of the hallway 😑 the room is small with old furniture, there was some cracks on the wood panel. There is no fridge and the AC was so noisy. The bathroom is good - I think it has been renovated. With the price we’ve paid I think I just bought the ‘location’ instead of the room as it is a very standard room, considering it is a 5 stars hotel."
"The room assigned to me upon arrival was not cleaned, so I had to wait to be assigned another room, which was inconvenient, and the fact that the cleaning was not done thoroughly was unfortunate.
I would have been upset if I had thought it would be as hygienic as Korea.
They cleaned the room every day, but they didn't change the blankets.
They just re-set them.
So there were hairs and cookie crumbs in the blankets. 🥲
I didn't want them to fight, so I cleaned them up~^^"
"It's only five minutes away from Chinatown and five minutes away from Downtown Crossing subway station. It's a very convenient place.
You can ask for slippers from the hotel. I've been in the United States for more than ten days. This is the first time I got slippers from a hotel.
There's even a microwave. I packed some food from a restaurant the day before and called the front desk to ask if they could help heat it up. I didn't expect them to move a microwave directly.
The room is not big, but there are many plugs, so you don't have to worry about not having a place to charge. The water in the refrigerator needs to be charged extra, 4 dollars a bottle.
But the sound insulation is really not very good. You can hear the faucet next door flushing the toilet."
"Really not that great for the price, it’s a very old building in the city centre, so it’s a little small and feels old too. Location is amazing, service is decent and overall clean. Resort fee is quite expensive and it includes a small daily non stackable voucher for use at restaurant which is not very useful."
"The hotel room's thermostat was set at 68 degrees F when we entered but we found it to be quite warm, so we turned the thermostat down to 65 degrees, then further to 62 degrees because the room was still quite stifling. Around 2:00 a.m., uncomfortable and sweating while trying to sleep, we called the front desk and told them that we had lowered the thermostat to 60 degrees F but that the heat was just as warm as when we first entered the room (there was no way to measure it but I'm guessing it was close to 80 degrees). The front desk told us that the thermostat only controls the heat; that is, lowering the temperature will not actually cool the room or turn the heat off. They told us that the only way to stop the heat was to turn it OFF. We were also advised to open a window, which we did; but the noise from the city outside did not help us get a good night's sleep at all, and the room took a while to cool down enough to be able to sleep comfortably. This one issue---the extremely warm and uncomfortable room---is enough to make us not return to this hotel in the future."
"Very satisfied.
Before the check-in time, the luggage was stored first and went out to play. The hotel took the initiative to help us deliver the luggage to the room.
The room is spacious, comfortable and hygienic, and the air conditioning is very powerful on a hot day.
Will come back next time."

Amazing
NNiziVery good hotel, with a great location and convenient transportation. There is a small river in front of the hotel and a museum next to it, which is the best choice for a walk. The room is well-equipped, clean and tidy. I stayed there for another two years and traveled in Boston in depth. The hotel breakfast is very rich, highly recommended 👍

GGuest UserTraveled to Boston with our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids ages 12, 11, and 8 to see Twenty One Pilots at TD Garden. I booked a corner suite with a city view on a high floor and that’s exactly what we got. The room was way more than I expected and was so happy with it. Wall to wall windows with an amazing view, 2 queen beds that were comfortable and cozy and we had a roll in bed brought to the room for my daughter. The roll in bed was an Actual bed, not an uncomfortable cot! Even with the extra bed we still had so much space. The best part of the room in my opinion was the fact that floor was laminate wood! No nasty hotel carpet! Also had a full size leather couch, fridge, 3 night stands, spacious closet, plenty of lamps and light and the air conditioning/heat worked beautifully! The bathroom was clean and shower was amazing with a rain shower head, frosted glass doors and all tile. Bar 10 restaurant and bar in the hotel had 24 hour room service and also breakfast. The food was phenomenal. On site Starbucks in lobby as well. Super easy access to the Subway, only one block over. The Westin is connected to shopping mall with high end designers I.e LV, Gucci, Jimmy Choo etc which is a big plus! There were a couple of Cons though…Valet parking was great but they failed to mention that it would cost $75 per day! There’s a parking garage across the street to use for a fraction of the price. I booked our room with a package to include breakfast each morning for all 5 of us, kids 12 and under are free. However, morning 1 we ate and they brought the bill over for $160….they made the correction and all was good. Breakfast day 2, the policy all of a sudden changed to kids under 5 eat free…. And my husband and I ordered bloody Mary’s which were priced at $10 each which we planned on paying for since that’s not included. The price for those 2 drinks mysteriously increased from $10 each to $18 each! Lastly, the hotel listed and pictured a pool as one of the amenities which was the main reason for booking because of my kids. However, at Check in I asked what floor the pool is on to which they said unfortunately we don’t have a pool….When I reserved the corner suite for 2 nights with breakfast included it was $504 per night, after taxes total was around $1200 at Check in but they charged us a total of $1,950! So an extra $700 was added for what I have no clue.

Eechong_2000LOCATION: excellent location with easy access to all major areas in Boston. Merely 7-8 minutes walk to the Red Line Andrews station (only 2 and 3 stations away from South Station and Downtown Crossing respectively).
ROOM: very spacious (which is very important and very rare among hotels in Boston) and clean with huge bed and comfy pillows. We had kitchenette and a fridge in our room which suits us perfectly. There is also laundry room and gym on ground floor. Both the environment and the room were very quiet and we never experienced any noise.
BREAKFAST: while we noted some negative feedback about the breakfast in previous reviews, we, however, enjoyed the breakfast very much, with good selections for our needs. I especially enjoyed making the waffle every morning.
STAFF: very helpful and friendly and responsive
PRICE: excellent value for money and we will surely stay in this hotel again if we ever visit Boston again.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located very close to China Town and Boston Common, within 15 min walk. Part of the Freedom trail is very close to Boston Common. It’s a bit far from Long Wharf area but still convenient to take a subway to go there.
The distance to Farneuil Hall is within 30min walk. Overall it’s a good location. Clean and spacious room space. But the bathroom is the smallest ever Hilton hotel I had seen. The door is scratching the toilet bowl when you try to fully open it. The shower is very small too making it not a pleasant bathroom experience. Other than this, it’s a nice Hilton hotel.

LLnlyj1018It is a 5-minute walk from the Red Line subway Andrew station, with convenient transportation, very clean and comfortable, providing drinks and fruits, and the boss is a foreigner and very friendly. It’s will be my first choice next time.
GGuest UserNice stay at the Sheraton. We had a recently refurbished room. It was excellent with a comfortable bed and very nice shower. There was an amazing view of the Charles River which was a bonus. The location of the hotel is great with an adjoining mall and lots of eating places. The HOHO bus stop is very close by.

GGuest UserIn Boston's summer, it's not easy for a family of three to find a hotel with two large beds (1.5 meters) and a reasonable price! After a long time of research, I finally decided on the hotel for my trip to the East Coast of the United States. I was very satisfied after checking in! Although it is close to the airport, you can use it as a base for Boston tourism! It's an eight-minute walk from the Blue Line subway station and ten minutes to the city center; the hotel offers free airport pick-up, which takes ten minutes one way; the surrounding area is absolutely safe and quiet, and I walked around alone at eleven or twelve o'clock in the evening; the hotel has a swimming pool, gym, laundry room, and a sports center next to it, with green grass, football field, baseball field, and basketball court; capsule coffee is provided in the room, and freshly brewed coffee is provided in the lobby every morning. Like the domestic garden hotel, take-out cups are provided; breakfast is ten dollars, which is very conscientious, but unfortunately I didn't eat it because there are many places to eat around the subway station. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel and the room, so I recommend the Light of Boston! Black sesame and pistachio latte! It's a bit sweet😀
