The location is particularly good and easy to travel. Hot chocolate is super delicious. The price is also moderate. Breakfast is a bit simple. can choose!
The hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oa**eal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off.
On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.

Because the location is too good and stayed for one night, the restaurant food is still difficult to eat, the burger skin and meat and bacon are fried black, the steak is also black and the beef is the same, other services and health are very good

The Radisson provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Radisson is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Boston. With Back Bay Station (BBY) just 900m away and General Edward Lawrence Logan International Airport only 7km away, transportation is very convenient. Transportation around the city is also convenient, with Arlington Metro Station within walking distance. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Boston Public Library - Central Library, Citizens Opera House and Quincy Market all nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel.

The room is comfortable and warm. The hotel's decoration is nostalgic and elegant. The dark blue bottled water delivered every day is very stylish. On the last day, it was changed to pink boxed water, which is very elegant. The white slippers are made of silky and soft material. The details improve the taste of the hotel. My daughter and I Spent a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday here and loved the Langham Boston.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the center of Boston. The historic lobby is very beautiful. It is adjacent to Trinity Church, Boston Library, etc., and it is very convenient to travel. The hotel facilities are relatively old, with a sense of age and mystery.

The hotel is in a good location close to shops and restaurants in walkable distance. The room was spacious. Air conditioning worked well. The only thing didn’t work properly was the USB ports that charged phone whole night but not fully charged. Most Staff were polite and helpful. Overall, it’s a good short stay in Boston.

Next to the public library, there is a Starbucks restaurant downstairs
The environment inside is quite ordinary, and basically no laundry items are provided
Water also needs to be paid: you can see the night view of Boston city
There is nothing to take pictures of in the hotel, just take a look at the library

The first day we checked in happened to be the first day the employees went on strike and rallied and marched outside the hotel. It was so noisy that they started beating gongs and drums at 7 a.m. the next morning. The noise lasted all day.
The quarrel ended only in the afternoon of the next day. Rare experience.

KK_travelsLove the convenience of this hotel and it’s very clean. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and there is a walkway tunnel right to my terminal from the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here and the restaurant is also very delicious.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, connected to the shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping. Downstairs is the Public Library. There is no buffet breakfast in the hotel. If you want to eat, you need to order a la carte. The Destination Fee of $30 per day can be used for breakfast. It is not enough for two people.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location and has a nice view outside. It's about 30 minutes' walk from Newbury Street. The room is nice and spacious, and the decoration is relatively new, similar to the InterContinental in China, but the room is smaller than that in China, because the view outside the window of this room type is not very good, and the house opposite is a bit depressing, so the room type is very important. I feel that the attitude of the front desk is not very good. I wanted to upgrade the room, but the front desk guy was so slow that I couldn't stand it. He didn't seem very willing to help me upgrade the room.

GGuest UserIn Boston's summer, it's not easy for a family of three to find a hotel with two large beds (1.5 meters) and a reasonable price! After a long time of research, I finally decided on the hotel for my trip to the East Coast of the United States. I was very satisfied after checking in! Although it is close to the airport, you can use it as a base for Boston tourism! It's an eight-minute walk from the Blue Line subway station and ten minutes to the city center; the hotel offers free airport pick-up, which takes ten minutes one way; the surrounding area is absolutely safe and quiet, and I walked around alone at eleven or twelve o'clock in the evening; the hotel has a swimming pool, gym, laundry room, and a sports center next to it, with green grass, football field, baseball field, and basketball court; capsule coffee is provided in the room, and freshly brewed coffee is provided in the lobby every morning. Like the domestic garden hotel, take-out cups are provided; breakfast is ten dollars, which is very conscientious, but unfortunately I didn't eat it because there are many places to eat around the subway station. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel and the room, so I recommend the Light of Boston! Black sesame and pistachio latte! It's a bit sweet😀
GGuest UserGreat location for exploring Boston with subway and bus service a very short walk from hotel. Subway is cheap and very efficient way to get around. Hotel rooms are spacious and reception team are very welcoming and helpful. If you want to visit the theatres or Chinatown both are only a few minutes walk. Like any hotel there are downsides....
The includes breakfast option is not correct, you get an allowance towards breakfast which does not cover the cost, also breakfast service can be very good or very bad over the 8 days we stayed we experienced both. Evening meals are OK but you can get much better a few minutes walk away. Whilst the hotel is generally well sound insulated for an old building which has been sympathetically converted to an hotel it does not help on a Saturday night, The local nightclub is extremely popular with long queue's down the street, the ones who cannot get in seem to have a weekly rave on the adjoining multi storey car park until around 3am. The noise is incredible and despite this being a weekly occurrence the hotels complaints seem to be ignored by the local authorities. My advice is to either be prepared and accept the inconvenience or avoid staying on a Saturday Night, the same applies to all the other hotels in the immediate vicinity, especially the one with the Candibar nightclub in its basement!
Overall a good hotel which could be even be great if the onsite restaurant was improved, the ”includes breakfast” listing was correctly worded, and the local authorities took action about the unsociable noise.
Final word of praise for the super reception staff who really go the extra mile to help you enjoy your stay.

Eechong_2000LOCATION: excellent location with easy access to all major areas in Boston. Merely 7-8 minutes walk to the Red Line Andrews station (only 2 and 3 stations away from South Station and Downtown Crossing respectively).
ROOM: very spacious (which is very important and very rare among hotels in Boston) and clean with huge bed and comfy pillows. We had kitchenette and a fridge in our room which suits us perfectly. There is also laundry room and gym on ground floor. Both the environment and the room were very quiet and we never experienced any noise.
BREAKFAST: while we noted some negative feedback about the breakfast in previous reviews, we, however, enjoyed the breakfast very much, with good selections for our needs. I especially enjoyed making the waffle every morning.
STAFF: very helpful and friendly and responsive
PRICE: excellent value for money and we will surely stay in this hotel again if we ever visit Boston again.
RRachelReally enjoyable stay. Mario at front desk helped check in early. The bed was small but the location of the hotel is fantastic. Right near the Boston common. House keeping everyday and was quite clean.

MMatthew PapinoThe hotel room's thermostat was set at 68 degrees F when we entered but we found it to be quite warm, so we turned the thermostat down to 65 degrees, then further to 62 degrees because the room was still quite stifling. Around 2:00 a.m., uncomfortable and sweating while trying to sleep, we called the front desk and told them that we had lowered the thermostat to 60 degrees F but that the heat was just as warm as when we first entered the room (there was no way to measure it but I'm guessing it was close to 80 degrees). The front desk told us that the thermostat only controls the heat; that is, lowering the temperature will not actually cool the room or turn the heat off. They told us that the only way to stop the heat was to turn it OFF. We were also advised to open a window, which we did; but the noise from the city outside did not help us get a good night's sleep at all, and the room took a while to cool down enough to be able to sleep comfortably. This one issue---the extremely warm and uncomfortable room---is enough to make us not return to this hotel in the future.
GGuest UserNice stay at the Sheraton. We had a recently refurbished room. It was excellent with a comfortable bed and very nice shower. There was an amazing view of the Charles River which was a bonus. The location of the hotel is great with an adjoining mall and lots of eating places. The HOHO bus stop is very close by.
