Ibis Paris Boulogne-Billancourt

This Parisian hotel welcomes the customer very well, which is not so common. The rooms are not very large but new and well equipped. The breakfast is very good and fresh. Small problem with double billing for breakfast with a very quick resolution. I recommend this hotel

Hotel very well located and a stone's throw from the metro. 10 minutes from the trocadero.... quiet. Very friendly welcome, we arrived at 11 a.m. no problem getting the room. Nice hotel, well maintained. Drinks, fruit juices, coffees, tea...unlimited day and night at reception, don't hesitate to come down and help yourself. The rooms are a little small but pleasant, impeccable soundproofing on the street side we heard no noise, on the corridor side, no noise. Impeccable and pleasant bedding. Downside in the bathroom, there were hairs left in the shower, and for us there was a lack of large bath towels. All-you-can-eat breakfast, copious and not. We'll come back!

Beware of fraudulent practices. I explain. First they deposit 610 euros as a guarantee. Amount that 10 days later THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED. They do not make an invoice for the stay at the hotel. When I asked for it they told me that they would send it to my email. Which they have NOT done either. I have sent them a complaint and they do not respond. Therefore, potential users should be careful in the face of Ibis' bad practices.

The rating of 1 is simply because we cannot put 0. 2 nights reserved and prepaid. I cannot go to the hotel for the first night but show up for the second. Surprise: the room is not available and the reservation has been canceled. Without obviously taking the trouble to at least call me or send me an email to inform me. Obviously no refund offered. And the icing on the cake is impossible to recover the bill since the stay is not over (true)! In short, everything is normal. I paid for a room that I cannot use and it is my sole and entire fault. No excuses, no feeling of regret. I'm just asked to please leave so that the real customers can move on. I am an Accor silver member and delighted with the brand's treatment of its loyal customers. Being the good user that I am (since the term customer does not seem to be known to this hotel) I booked another hotel and had the pleasure of paying for 2 rooms for the same night. In short, great art. Never again this hotel and perhaps never again Accor. I'm waiting to hear back from their customer service.
