My experience with this hotel was very disappointing. We checked out over a month ago, yet we still haven’t received our deposit. Despite multiple requests, they are unwilling to communicate in English, even though they had no issue doing so at the time of booking. After reading other guests’ reviews, it’s clear that we are not the only ones who haven’t received their deposit back. This is especially concerning given that the deposit amount is equal to the room price, which is a significant sum. The way they handle their guests is extremely frustrating, and their customer service is disappointing. I would not recommend booking here, as their lack of transparency and poor communication make the experience stressful and unreliable.

+ Location of hotel is good ( safety ), close to the metro or bus station , there are a lot of markets and cafes ☕️ Hotel is clean Very quiet Hostess are very nice ( but sometimes is complicated to talk , the level of English is not so good , sorry 😅🙂) - Elevator is very small and not too comfortable the sound insulation is not perfect, you can hear your neighbors( how they walking, but you do not hear what’s happening in the room ) Think the price can be a little bit less …

Very nice hotel close to Roland-Garros and many shops and restaurants Very small rooms, but who needs a castle on vacation. We asked for single duvets instead of the usual double. Very serviceminded and helpful English speaking hosts I give my greatest recommendations

Unfortunately this hotel has taken money off my card for nights I didn’t stay and refused to refund it. Over £1000 has been taken. They refuse to respond to emails, even when written in French. Be very careful if you stay here not to share your financial details with the hotel other then when you actually settle the bill. I have had to involve the fraud team at my bank but it could take months for me to get the money back. If I ever do.
