Warm welcome and very friendly, helpful and charming Receptionist. Rooms clean and good size for a family of 5 with 20+ year old children. Sauna and pool very pleasant, although a shame that the pool leak meant it was closed for first 3 days. Walk to funicular 15 mins. Supermarkets just over the road - very handy. Be aware they shut at 7.30pm! Well stocked kitchen. Heating kept it all nice and warm. Good sized balcony which we didn't use. Suggestions - would be good to have free wifi for all and a welcome pack of basics on arrival - tea, milk, biscuits etc as we arrived at 11pm and all the shops were closed. We had a fabulous week's skiing and were out on the pistes morning til night. We knew it would take us 40 mins from door to slopes when we booked so this didn't bother us. Good value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We would go again.

So disappointed- our entire room stank of smoke, especially the main bedroom, absolutely disgusting and so unhealthy. We had to do an inventory check which took half an hour- we had no idea where things were. Lots missing so good job we did as said if we didn’t report it within 24 hours we could be charged. I have never come across this before! Bathroom radiator didn’t work and the sofa was extremely uncomfortable with the whole apartment being quite unwelcoming. The manager was really lovely and very helpful but there was nothing they could do in terms of the room. They changed the pillows but that did nothing. They did fix the radiator. Pool etc was our reason for booking, but hammam out of action all week, and pool v cold. We are waiting for the parent company to reply to our complaint- the manager wrote to them, and we did. They told us we had to go through the company we booked through even though our issue isn’t with them. We have written to them and they’ve passed our complaint on. I would never stay here again, no redeeming feature other than their manager.

Une belle découverte pour ce CGH avec une équipe d'accueil et capitainerie au petit soir pour vous rendre votre séjour encore plus agréable. Entre ville moyenne plutôt cossue, ce CGH spa entouré de montagnes à 6mn du funiculaire en vouture ou à vélo permet d'être à 1600m en 20 mn montre en main. Le confort toujours reste à saluer même si c'est la marque de fabrique CGH.

Belle résidence. Appartements fonctionnels et de bon niveau de confort. Équipement d’un bon 3*** Mais pas 4**** car tout commence à vieillir notamment dans les salles de bain. Le service à l’accueil est excellent. L’environnement est pratique (dans une zone commerciale) mais totalement dépourvu de charme et bien loin des stations de ski.

L’équipe est parfaite mention spéciale pour les appareils mini crêpes, nespresso,… Très bien équipé L’appartement et les prestations sont très bien L’eau de la piscine un peu fraîche Un petit bémol sur l’insonorisation verticale entre les appartements

Un accueil chaleureux par Antoine et son équipe Laurie (la masseuse) est très douce et agréable Appartement très bien avec vue sur les montagnes et le parc Tous les commerces sont à proximité, on a juste la route à traverser C'est le lieu idéal comme point de départ pour randonner

C’est notre 2ème séjour au CGH bourg saint Maurice !!! Et quel bon moment ... tout a été parfait une fois de plus! Réservation par téléphone avec le responsable : très sympathique et ravi qu’on revienne! Surprise en arrivant nous avons été surclassés dans un plus grand appart avec 3 chambres !!! Accueil sympathique et infrastructure très propre! Piscine hammam sauna : quel plaisir, propre et nous sommes à plusieurs occasions seuls dans la piscine ! A proximité : parcours sportif, balade, accès pour courir, tennis, terrain de foot, basket, skate park .... plein d’activités pour s’occuper Nous reviendrons, à bientôt

Un bel établissement typiquement savoyard, avec un appartement spacieux et confortable. Un séjour très agréable, avec une localisation parfaite, à proximité des pistes et des commerces. J'ai particulièrement appréciée l'accueil chaleureux du personnel.
