This has to be the worst premier inn I have ever stayed at. Had to Waite 30 minutes to be offered a drink then another 30 minutes to get my food Witnessed other guests experiencing the same level of service Then told this morning that there are no cooked breakfast This place needs closing

We had a great stay, after reading reviews I won’t lie I was a little bit worried but the hotel was lovely!! It was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were pleasant on arrival. We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again. Free parking and only a 10 minutes drive from the Harry Potter Studio Tour.

This Premier Inn is a good location for me, but price is always the deciding factor for my choices. This venue 'usually' has charming staff, but currently they seem not to be too attentive to the "customers" needs. I might try a different venue

I come to this hotel often and I must say the staff are lovely 100% great customer service thanks to minnu and Kayleen are always happy to go out of there way to help and to make my stay happy they always have a smile when they help customers and off course the lovely manager neniliy she’s always greets the customers with a lovely smile thankyou to all the team . See you all soon

Kitchen facilities unavailable for weeks but don't say when you're booking the room with a meal deal. In addition, long term smoke alarm issue which goes off intermittently. Checked out early being promised a refund that I never received.

Hotel is damp and the smell of damp is noticeable when walking into the hotel. The room had a really bad damp smell and windows were dripping with water. No ventilation at all in the room, windows or bathroom. After having a shower or bath the bathroom door had to be kept closed due to the possibility of the smoke alarms going off due to the steam and poor ventilation. Black mould on the ceiling is a clear indication of bad ventilation. Woken at 8am on the last morning due to the fire alarm going off. No direction from staff on what had happened, most guests didn’t even attempt to leave their room and no direction from staff on when to return. Only 1 fan heater in the room that never functioned properly with the thermostat and not sufficient to heat the room during the cold spell. Restaurant was closed for 3 days during our stay due to an electrical problem. I find it hard to believe that this could not have been repaired over the 3 days we were there. Had to leave the hotel for all meals. Overall, completely disappointed with our stay.

Room smelled of damp. Hot water did not work in sink but was fine in the shower. Bed, as always for this chain, was super comfortable. The restaurant was closed due to the electricity being out, but there is a McDonald’s next door, which was fine. We were refunded for our pre-paid meal, but I feel like the power outage could have been communicated prior to check-in. Front desk staff were very nice

The staff at the hotel didn't speak very good English and struggled to understand people. We had a water leak from under the bath and from the ceiling and when reported the response was as Oh, and then Nothing. We were made to book a time slot to eat in the evening even though the restaurant was empty, and then the wrong food was delivered to the table. The beds were normal premier inn so OK and the WIFI was slower than dial up but that is presumably to try and make you upgrade to premium WIFI.
