The wet and dry separation in the bathroom is done very well, there is no water stain on the ground, the toiletries are complete and neatly arranged, and it smells very fresh. The corridors and public areas are cleaned every day without any smell. The gym and breakfast area are also kept very clean and reassuring. The overall feeling is very safe and comfortable, and I will choose here next time."

"My mother has always wanted to go to Changxing, and the ginkgo season happened to be yellow recently, so we planned to go shopping. We chose several hotels that were fully booked, and happened upon this one by chance. It felt pretty good, and the 399 package was a good deal, so we booked it.
The overall stay was very good. Xiaoge at the front desk was very warm and thoughtful. The room was upgraded and all services were very timely. There is a separate door to the Twelfth Street Block and Gongchayuan, which are very close. Gongchayuan is beautiful and worth it. Take a look. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the dining. I felt that there were too few waiters and it was not very busy, but overall it was very good. My mother and I had a lot of fun and the stay was very comfortable."

"Facilities: The new building behind the main building has just been renovated for about a year. It is a bit smelly to enter the door in hot weather. The manager quickly sent a charcoal bag, etc., and the ventilation is basically OK for a while. Special emphasis is on towels, bedding and other appliances. The snow is very new and clean. The smart toilet is easy to use.
Hygienic: Overall good, there is one place to pay attention to is the shower shower gel or shampoo traces of the front guests on the shower shower, others are very good

"I chose this hotel for three nights during the Spring Festival. The price-performance ratio was too high when I booked it on New Year's Day. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The toiletries were all L'Occitane, and there was a Dyson hair dryer. There was nothing to block the view from the hotel. I watched the fireworks for a long time on the fourth night of the New Year. There are supermarkets and many restaurants across the road, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that there were too few waiters during the Spring Festival. I couldn't get enough food for breakfast, and I often couldn't get enough milk. I had to take turns to fry eggs and noodles, and I was too busy. It was not until the sixth day of the New Year that it was relieved. Obviously there were more waiters. The lobby was very cold, and it felt like there was no air conditioning, but the room was quite comfortable?"

The hotel provides the most considerate service to meet the needs of different guests.
"The room is big and the breakfast is good.
The holiday price is not too exaggerated.
But the service at the front desk is confusing. When checking in, they gave me two bottles of coffee and said it was a gift, but they didn't say it was a replacement for the welcome fruit. Later, I remembered that there should be welcome fruit. After asking, they said that the weather is hot now and the fruit is easy to spoil, so they gave me coffee. As a previous comment said, the coffee is about to expire. When I came back at night, I saw the small room next to the front desk, and the staff were making welcome fruit.
All the operations are confusing, black question mark face"

"Bring the kids to see the animals and watch the fireworks in Taihu Ancient Town. Staying at the Animal World Hotel was a great experience. The housekeeper Xiaoyi was super nice and patient. He introduced the hotel very clearly, communicated in time to solve the parking and zoo admission problems, and helped with free late check-out. It was great!
It's a pity that the hotel playground was not open. While waiting for the swimming pool to open, the kids got a little bored."

"We planned the May Day trip in advance and took our baby and parents out to play. We chose Changxing as our first stop and booked a room in advance. I was very satisfied with the service. The housekeeper Leilei was very considerate. She called me one day in advance to ask about the arrangement of the room orientation and arranged it for me in advance. When we arrived the next day, Leilei sent us the location and arranged the room on the same floor for us [strong][strong] She was also very thoughtful. She gave the baby a small gift when we checked in. The room was quite large with a wide view. The night view was really beautiful at night. Leilei recommended places to visit nearby. We went to Chengshangou the next day. The children had a lot of fun. The hotel breakfast was also very good. The taste was great. There were many types and it was convenient to choose. It was the first choice for parent-child travel [strong]"
