"This is my first review on Trip.com, and it's because I experienced discrimination from hotel staff while abroad! The room was nice, but we were discriminated against by a female supervisor during breakfast. She was wearing a black uniform, had her hair in a ponytail, dark skin, and a slightly plump build. After my family of three sat down, I noticed others calling a server to take their order. I tried to do the same, but she largely ignored me, telling me to wait. She didn't seem busy, and after a long wait with no one attending to us, I tried to call her again to order. She impatiently told me to wait, saying she would be right over. Her expression was unpleasant, and she used hand gestures, but still didn't come. My English isn't great, so I didn't know how to continue communicating. My husband also noticed she seemed to be discriminating against us, basically telling us to keep waiting and not wanting to serve us (there were only about six or seven people in total, making about three tables including us – I don't remember the exact number, but the others who were promptly served were not Asian). She just kept walking around without approaching us. My husband got angry and directly told her in English to come over immediately. She then reluctantly came, still with a bad attitude. In 17 days across three countries in Europe, this was the only time I experienced discrimination! Absolutely terrible! I don't know if it was her personal behavior or if that's just the cultural atmosphere there! I do not recommend this place!"
