"I am generally satisfied with the hotel, it was the second time I stayed there. I put only 3* to clean, however, because the covers and the tail were rather doubtful, not sure they were well washed by previous customers as we supposed to do. 3* for staff, I explain to me: very friendly and professional, but I had the unpleasant impression of going for a lie when I wanted to pay in holiday cheques at the arrival. which was accepted only by booking directly at the Residence, which I would like to believe, except that I had had on the phone before booking, another person from the host who had told me that this payment mode would be accepted from a parter such as booking or other (the price being higher live at the Residence); in this case it was sufficient to select a ”modifyable” tariff so that the amount of the CB is just blocked while the payment is made at the arrival to the Residence. So, although it was not a blocking pp for my stay, I found the lady's distribution a little hurt.
