"We recently stayed at welcomeheritage jungle home pench. Our stay was very nice. We enjoyed all meals at Panache restaurant. Food was very tasty and there were nonveg and veg both options. Vikesh Deshmukh from Panache restaurant was very attentive and provided personalised service so special thanks to him for taking care of us. Check-in could be better as no one informed us about resort facilities .Superior deluxe rooms are large with balcony sitout. Only drawback is there is no wifi in rooms and it is not communicated while making reservation. One needs to sit at front desk to use wifi. Thanks to Mr. Vinod from front desk and Mr. Nikhil Sonawane for arranging safari for us even at last moment. Overall it's a good hotel to relax and enjoy jungle safari. PS: Groups can be given room on other side which can be at times disturbing."
