"It's a good hotel in a very good location. The front desk staff are very helpful especially Mr Aryan who is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is average and breakfast is also average. The staff of the restaurant needs some extra training for services and dealing with guests. The new outside cook who makes all the omelettes and all needs some extra training as well. I have to call the main chef again to make an omelette for me because the first one was raw and tasteless. Overall stay was average this time as I am a frequent visitor of this hotel."

"This hotel is the corner of Paradise in Delhi! For me the silence in the evening and in the morning is very important! What service... just Fabulous! Graceful, attention, quality of bathroom facilities, quality of food in the restaurant! I am delighted if not working meetings. Осталось бы там надолго! Super place for a comfortable morning, delicious breakfast and rest in silence near the pool. Thank you for the service! Thank you for the complements! "I stayed at this hotel for two separate nights because I did the golden triangle tour in India. The first night I felt more appreciated as a guest and was able to rest well after Travel. The second day was on Republic Day and I just feel the employees working were a little bit jaded. The exception is the bell desk which held my bags for five days during my golden triangle tour. Much appreciated. The first night I stayed through another app on WeChat and was very impressed with the decor and arrangement of the hotel. I was able to witness an Indian wedding with some music outside. The ATM is located in the financial building next to the hotel. For Republic Day, the city surrounding the hotel still had lots happening and worthy of photos. The restaurant service in the Indian restaurant was a little disorganized and took a long time. The salmon was delicious, kudos to chef. The view was not as good as the first night, but I still enjoyed the room itself as the sunrise was better for photo. The room service is exceptional.  I’m not sure if it was because it was dry day and holiday or not, but I feel there wasn’t as much enthusiasm from the employees as the first night.  By room phone, an employee told me to go to the Wine store because they were open and selling on holiday, and a random taxi took me to a scarf shop instead from their lobby taxi line. That was the only disappointment because I still had to pay the taxi to take me back to the hotel after being told that the employee who told me to go to the wine store was incorrect. This was concierge. Otherwise, I feel this hotel is the most affordable, considering the area of the government and embassy. I was told this is a five star hotel and feel that the area is generally safe and clean compared to other parts of the city or beyond the Delhi toll gate. Even though the air quality was pretty high, I was able to get some good photos on the second visit from the room view.  There is a really nice Japanese restaurant in there, and breakfast was good. I slept well regardless. Beautiful hotel with art displays on one of the floors."

"Wonderful hotel in the middle of the city of New Delhi. Location is great, clean and safe area with lots of trees around. 10-15 minutes walk to local markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, many choices, western and Asian food. Highly recommended. 🙏🙏"

"I had a pleasant stay at the Novotel. It is located in the Old Delhi region, but not too far from the main part of Connaught Place where you will find many high street shops and bars/restaurants. The hotel itself is very new and not 100% finished. However, it was very clean and modern and the staff were superb throughout. They catered for my every needs and went above & beyond my requirements. Once the work is fully complete, then this hotel is a perfect place for anyone visiting New Delhi. Also, a quick mention to the chef, Sachin. He made me a perfect butter chicken curry, even though it wasn’t on the menu itself."

"Location is perfect, central to everything. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is great and staff were excellent. Fridge is useless, we asked reception to send someone to fix or look at it but no one turned up. Otherwise, it was a good stay"

"Ruined my trip to India! It was the first hotel we stayed at for the whole trip and this set the bar SO HIGH for all other hotels. It was an AMAZING experience, the hotel looks better in person than in the pictures. Cannot recommend it enough. If you get the chance, definetly go for it!"
